I've had issues with my 15 year old air conditioner for 2 years. IT DOESN'T WORK! I was told by 2 companies it needs replacement, but they sent another company who keeps putting a bandaid on it. Waste of money.

Garbage. Have a warranty where a garage spring is specifically covered. The garage spring broke and they denied the claim stating "there must have been a pre-existing condition". Do not use this company.
