we requested services for our air-condition on 7/1/24 up until now nothing has been done and begged them that we had an elderly mother living with us. We paid 2-10 warranty for 5 years now, Im very disappointed. It just shows that they dont care at all for their customers and no compassion for our elderly folks.

Very bad service, don't waste your money in this insurance, we paid more than 4 years almost 100 dollars and when finally we need to use it, didn't work, the glass for my stove got broke and they said that it doesn't cover that, with the money that we paid in that years we could buy two or three stoves, don't waste your money
