They've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.

After CHW denied my claim to to replace my fridge, they gave me the opportunity to appeal their decision. I spoke with a Rep. to review and access the issue. She sent a second Tech out, which confirmed a replacement was need. CHW then said the claim was now honored and the replacement covered. I'm really not pleased with the replacement amount for a GE top of the line refidgerator ($818), that it took nearly 4 weeks to complete the process and not having a refridgerator for 4 weeks, and another possible 4 weeks to receiv e the reimbursement check ( 15 - 30 days). I did nothing wrong, just filed a claim and expected CHW to do their part.

I called and reported the problem, the diswasher wasn't working properly, sometimes would add water, sometimes not. It seemed to have a mind of its own. It took a few days for a Whirlpool rep to come out, but I was so grateful Choice had him come out. He was a special Whirlpool only gentleman...he knew his business and told me what the problem was in just a few minutes..He took it apart and put in back together as though he could do it in his sleep...He was so nice, very professional but also very congenial and professional. Couldn't have had a better repair person. Fantastic service

I’m very angry with choice home warranty. They increase my monthly price from $87-$102 so I called to cancel after they took my $102 in April. They sent me a text saying I was no longer covered for April. They gave me the runaround one lady hung up on me. They kept trying to get me to stay with CHOICE HOME Warranty. I said no and I still haven’t got a refund yet. they may advertise that being the best, but they lie to you do not use this company. I’m still waiting for a refund and have not received one if I paid for the month of April I should be covered through the entire month.

He said he would order parts and return. Still have not fixed machine. Laundry mat is very expensive. Washers are $7 and $5. A customer since 2023, Choice Home Warranty has been responsive in requests for garage door repair and plumbing (leaky faucet) repair. The $75 fee is reasonable. My only concern is that the technicians they work with have been sub-optimal. The garage door required a re-visit after a week (and repeat service charge) because the first technician didn't recognize the failing gear sprocket at the root of the door travel problem, and the plumbing technician, knowing the hardware brand was Delta, arrived with the wrong part, requiring a 90-minute shopping trip after arrival. With that said, the repairs were timely and the warranty saved significant service costs.

When I called Choice Home Warranty they were very nice and helpful to me . The Tech was very friendly and he always have a smile on his face . He kept me informed that he was running late and about what time he would be at my house. I liked that. I will recommend Choice Home Warranty to someone else. Keep up the good work. Also when the Tech found what was wrong with my washer he told me what it was and that he would have to order the part but when it comes in he will let me know and come back and put it on.

I chose to work with Choice Home Warranty after having been with AHS for well over a decade and tiring of the high premiums that I had been paying and the slow service that I had received from that company. After carefully researching a number of plans and customer reviews, Choice stood out as offering a very competitive price and protection plan that met my needs. Recently I had my very first experience with Choice when our electric clothes dryer quit. Washer started leaking water from one of the main components went to website and filed a claim with hours I was assigned a LG tech who contacted me and asked if I could send a photo said they had to order the part and would contact me when they would be out to fix it. There seems to be a glitch in Choice Home Warranty. After a technician visits. When the technician diagnoses the issue, it takes Choice Hime Warranty time to determine the problem with the covered item. Then if the item is covered another appointment is made by the service provider to make another appointment for the technician to make the repair. This needs to be addressed in the Choice Home Warranty management to better streamline their warranty process procedures.

we chose Choice Home Warranty first because they had a good deal if you get the 3 year or the 5 year package, while our previous Home warranty was raising the price year after year, and their service was ok but very slow, to get hold of a real person to speak to was a nightmare. with Choice HW they answer the call or they call back within the same day depending on how urgent the situation is. they send a technician with in 2-3 days and eventually they take care of the issue in timely manner.

They cover things that my American home warranty didn't cover Or did a higher price! I love the fact most of the people that come out to do the repair are paid the service fee when they get here by me! Their response to my claim was fast. They had a contractor assigned and provided me with the contractor information within 48 hours. I was contacted by the contractor and appointment made within 72 hours. Parts had to be ordered and the service tech scheduled and met the final repair date. The contractor was over 2 hours from my location but made all appointments on time. The previous warranty company that I had had for 15 years didn’t always have service contractors who would service my area and I usually had to find my own contractor and pay for the work that needed to be accomplished and then argue with them to provide reimbursement.

I had to file two claims last month. Both went smoothly. The appointments were scheduled fast. The work was done by two different contractors and both were professional and fixed what needed to fixed. It was easy to ask for service online. They didn’t make me tell them all my serial and model numbers for my items. They also didn’t send me emails and phone calls making me call them back. I didn’t have to do too much work to get them send help. I really appreciated how easy this was. My last home warranty company was extremely frustrating and always tried to get out of paying.
