First, after signing up, i was given a hard sell - the person wouldn't take no for an answer - about some security monitoring crap. I should have known then that they were nothing but a scam, but I continued. Then I had a service call and they called it a pre-existing problem even though nothing was leaking before.

I paid them for nearly 9 years. Had two Ac units go out. Only have 500 on one and nothing on the other. I'm in for 17,000 out of pocket. Wouldn't recommend this company. I'm in the process now working with an attorney.
