They are knowledgeable and professional. I liked the simplicity, the price, and the flexibility. They could come up with a way that we can add more equipment to the alarm system, like maybe a different camera that you can just add to the system to improve it.

They're pretty expedient with everything, whether it's an actual or false alarm. The cameras are a little cheesy. They maybe could have options for different alarm destination, I know that there certain protocols they have to be followed, but perhaps some of those protocols could be for gone depending on if our customer requested it or not.

The two times we've called they've been readily available and very responsive and helpful. We haven't used it that much, no one has tried to break in or we haven't any false alarms or anything like that, but so far that equipment is good. I would like to be system to be hardwired instead of having to plug it into the wall.

We chose them because they were advertised over the internet. I haven't had any problems with it; what I wanted to use it for, it serves its purpose. I like getting it installed by myself and the customer service walks you right through it. I've only had it for a short time and I haven't had any problems with it.

I saw the add on Facebook. I ordered the equipment and they didn't tell me that I needed a SD card so I'm unable to watch videos and stuff. I with the SD card came with the camera, especially with how much I am paying each month. I like that I do get a notification. I've only called customer service a few times but every time I call they have answered my questions.

We had a false alarm once and they immediately called. It was very easy to install. It was great on IOS but not on android. They need to improve the android app because it's going to be a problem. We cannot start and stop the alarm using the android app. Its per month cost is too much.

It's pretty decent. The best thing is the sensors, each sensor lets you know when you're coming in and out and doors opening and everything and let you know what's going on. They don't come out and put the equipment up for you, you have to do it, but they were pretty good with walking you through what order and stuff like that.

Overall, the customer service has been fine. I haven't had any problems with the equipment. I wish it didn't cost quite as much as it does so I recently had called actually to disconnect the service because I really didn't feel like I can afford it but I'm in a contract for 3 years I didn't realize I was but I am. They were nice enough to wave the payment for November for me.

Like the fact that system is not internet dependent, however I think that your system needs better batteries. Batteries do not last as long as other similar batteries last. TwiceI have left the Country and what I expected to be new batteries fail. Notified by Protecr America but cannot do anything about it. Batteries supplied by your company should be tested or change battery supplier. Not reliable.

The overall value of the equipment and service is excellent. The are that keeps me from giving them a 5 is the associated software applications. Neither the mobile app or PC application has the ability to "do it all". Some task can only be completed in one of the applications. The division of when you need to which app is not clearly defined and can lead to frustration. The Customer Service people can help you figure things out. The end user has no access to the documentation they have.

Protect America was great in helping me set up my system and it was very easy. They were very patient with me, and a couple times that the alarm has gone off their response time was very quick. The system is wireless and I get notifications from my phone.

It was really hard for me to match up the sensors that I received from the company. I had never done anything like that before, so it would have been nice to have help with that. I do like that I can get in touch with them for free with text messaging. And it was the best experience putting no money down.

All services we've received from customer support has been excellent. I think the ability to activate or deactivate by using your cell phone from any place you might be is wonderful. The installation was very easy, and they ship the kit immediately when you sign up for the service.

Customer support was great in explaining how everything worked before I got the system. Any time I forget to disarm my alarm, they call within seconds of it going off. They answer all my questions or point me in the right direction. I really like the price for the system and the equipment that is included.

We have had a couple of false alarms, so we know they do their job because police came and responded in each case. We have had some trouble with the park key fobs, because they keep triggering the emergency response. Each time I call into customer support, they've resolved my problems well.

The people at Protect America are super friendly, willing to help, and pretty straightforward. It was a little disappointing when we got the system, because we had to switch out equipment that wasn't working properly. I think the cost factor isn't very reasonable. The only thing I would complain about is you have to self install all of it. They say it takes an hour, but it took 3 hours for me to install it.

Protect America is always available to answer my calls and they're very prompt if an incident happens. I haven't had any issues with their equipment - everything is working properly so far. The best part about Protect America is the ease of use. You can use your mobile device while you're far away from home to check on your house. I would like them to reduce the monthly rate.

I really enjoy the ease of communication at this company. If there is any type of trouble, they're quick to help and resolve your problem. I also like the variety of options they have to customize your home, such as glass break sensors, sensors for your room, etc. They put together good options for you as a package to purchase.

They call and check on you. They respond every time you make a mishap, either by giving you a call or emailing you. They do a test call with you and remind you about the test. It's reliable and does what it's supposed to do. However, I do think they need to advertise more.

They're usually always available, and they're always helpful. The alarm works, once the Police even came. So, I can tell it is functioning. I like the key chain that comes with the systems and lock, which can also set the alarm off. I also like that you can install it yourself and don't have to pay for installation.

Any time I have a problem they answer immediately. Every single time that it gets tripped it immediately goes off. The app is very convenient. The fire department responded instantly when they needed to. I think that they should make an outdoor camera.

Every time I call they are friendly and take care of my problem. Sometimes it takes a while to figure it out, but they get it figured out and are patient. If I have the WIFI calling turned on my cellphone and try to call one of the numbers, it sometimes doesn't work until I turn off WIFI calling.

It has some innovative features like the camera. My husband is disabled, and I want to be able to check on him and I can do that on the app. They're very patient and make everything simple. The stick-on things aren't very good, they could probably work on magnet ones. It's convenient and easy to set up.

They'll call you or send you alerts. Everything is connected to the apps, it's really straightforward and I don't have any issues with it so far. I like that their units are all self-contained, so it's all in one central location. They are really good at customer service and they are at a pretty good value.

The reason I opened an account with them is because they offered me video. But they were not able to set up a camera and I've tried to call back twice and set it up, but the support is not helping. The phone calls are really hectic, I think the live chat is easier than the phone call when it comes to having a problem with the alarm. The best thing that I like is I am able to use the app when I am at work and I can do the live chat as well.

I based signing up on price and they had the best price. When I call in, I always get prompt help. They explain it all and take care of all the problems. The equipment is okay, they upgraded to something not as bulky, but I have the bulky one. I don't really like that I have to call in and do a test for my security to make sure it's ok. But, I don't do that all the time anyway.

Before I had Protect America, I had a security system that I wasn't really happy with. But with Protect America, I can operate the system easily. It works perfectly and I have no problems with it. The best thing it provides is easy access to turn the system on and off.

I don't have any cameras that are suitable for the price range I want. It doesn't have full functionality. They should have full app features working correctly. If you hit 'away' from the home, it doesn't do away. You have to actually check off the settings and then click away. 'Away' and 'to arm home' are both the same button. I do like their price though.

I've had absolutely no issues with the equipment and I was able to do the install just look for guidance over the phone which made it very easy. The customer service has been spectacular from set up through anytime I call them or they called me because I turned the alarm off they've been very responsive and very helpful.

It could use some minor improvements terms of the asthetics and how it fits the surrounding area in the house. It could be a bit cumbersome. I'm using the color touchscreen. I feel like it could be a bit more ergonomic and slimmer but that's pretty minor. Everything else seems fine.

The customer service is very thorough. I have had on an occasion or two where I've had trouble getting connected to the right person. But once I did get connected, they gave me all the help I needed. They're probably the best I've ever had any experience with but this is only the second security system I've ever worked with and the other one was thirty years ago. I use it when I'm away from the home and I haven't had any false alarms.

I've only had to deal with them doing the set up process. They had to stay on the phone with me to make sure everything was set up correctly. I get email responses every time I set my alarm always on or armed or disarmed. I very seldom I don't have to contact them at all but I'm satisfied with how they monitor my home.
