It's a very easy system to use. I think it is very reliable. I have used it several times now. Whenever I have called and ask for assistance the people seem to be knowledgeable and seem to be able to answer my questions. I am pleased with the quality of the equipment. One thing I like about it is you can have a sound or you can have the alarm set to silent. I was looking an another alert system and they can't do silent the alarm.

Customer service was really courteous and reassure me that that I can call with problems or questions. When I had questions and issues about setting up my system, it didn't take me a long time to get to a person to handle my problem. Well I haven't had my alarm system go off yet, but it works and the police arrive quickly but I do have a camera that highlights my entire street.

The person who helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything and made it very easy to install everything all by myself. I haven't had any issues, so far it's working well. The best thing is the peace of mind. The only is that the price online was not the price that he gave me when he actually called me it was more when he called to me to sell, maybe clear that up.

It seems to working fine. The program they have is better than many others, it gives you all the same protections that you can get anywhere else, in addition to a camera. The installation went well, they were very patient with me and very professional. Everything went very smoothly, the gentleman that came to assist me did an outstanding job and everything worked out well.

I thought it was good to try and I chose it because of the woman who assisted me on the phone. She was very helpful, very informative, and professional. The information that I was given about where to register my alarm the city of Rockford was incorrect, the city of Rockford changes constantly so I believe that the information should be updated in a better way. It helps you sleep better because of the extra alarm sirens helps out for a two story.

It's very good equipment. It's easy to install and they walk you right through it and it's a lifetime warranty. If you move you can take it down and take it with you. They are very prompt, the first couple of days, I was making a mistake and was actually punching in my wrong code and the police was showing up at my house within three minutes. Customer service has always been very courteous and answers my calls or calls me back. I'm very happy with their service.

It's much more inexpensive than the system we had. If we have a little problem, customer service walks us through it. I like the security because it's not anything that interferes with the way things work in your home. You have it but it's where you don't even know you have it, there are no wires and things around. They're reliable and the system is very convenient. They walk you through what to do to set it up over the phone.

Protect America has met all our security needs, and then some. The alarm is at my 82 year old Mom''s house. The first couple months she set the alarm off while learning the system, but the staff was always very understanding when I cancelled the alarm. Mom''s system also came with a medical alert button. Just last week we used it to get the paramedics to her house. I was extremely grateful for that service. I absolutely love having the app on my phone so I can see when my mom turns her alarm off and on.

When I dealt with the support center when I installed it, that seemed to go alright. I like being able to check it out with the phone app but it seems to work only on one phone or the other. It's hard to get the phone app to recognize our password and stuff. Sometimes the magnet sensors on the door come loose off the velcro so I end up having to glue them on differently but the equipment works well.

When we first initialized the alarm system, customer service was great and easy to work with and answered all of my questions. It's a basic system and it doesn't do everything we wanted it to do but we could probably get the upgrades if it is needed. They could maybe have a little more follow ups with the customers to ensure everything is working properly because we haven't heard from them since we installed it two years ago.

They ranked high in the research we didi before purchasing a Protect America security system. We like the fact that we could and did install the system ourselves. I wish PA would proactivly test our system on a monthly basis and contact us with feedback after the testing. PA does not seem "trigger happy" about calling us when we briefly set-off our alarm accidently...but it is comforting when we get a call after setting of the alarm and not shutting it down immediately/fast enough.

The system is extremely easy to install and monitor. Everything is very self-explanatory and menu driven so it makes it easy to understand. I wanted something that was wireless and Protect America had that and the right price for me. I have no complaints about the service so far. Every time I call into customer service, they are more than helpful, and willing to do whatever I need them to in order to resolve the issues I may have.

I'm worried someone will break into my windows, because I don't have sensors on them. I only have sensors on my doors. Protect America offers an app that allows you to turn your alarm on and off from any location. If I turn the alarm on while I'm in bed at night, if I wake up and forget to turn it off and open my door, their alarm is not very obvious. I've heard of other alarm systems that will sound off and blare out and be super annoying, so you know to run in and turn it off before the cops are called. But this system doesn't do that, it literally just sends a beep. So if I'm outside, I'm not going to hear the beeping until I walk back in and at that time it's too late. They've already dispatched the police department to my house. And that's happened a few times because I feel like the alarm is just not obvious. That's the one thing I don't like about Protect America.

None of the equipment we have has failed - everything is always working properly. People in customer service really care. If there is an emergency, they will call people and emergency services to help out. One of the things I would like to see is outdoor products going on sale. The smoke detectors and other things that you might buy never seem to go on sale and I would like to install those .

I'm completely disabled, and have a hard time figuring out what all the buttons do. I'm learning the system very slowly, and they're very helpful every time I call. There are a lot of different things that the system does do, but if you're like me and you're not computer savvy, their customer service is so awesome that if you have a question you can call and immediately get and a very simple answer. I find it outstanding that without having to go through tons of 'push this button' you actually talk to a human being. I want them to keep that always.

Every time I've talked to someone at Protect America, they've been extremely professional, easy to understand, and always helpful. We have had their services for 2 years now, and have not had any issues or problems whatsoever. The system is very secure, so people cannot hack into it. I feel safe knowing that if somebody breaks into my house, the police can be there immediately.

Everything I need is taken care of immediately. I like the fact that I install it myself. I don't feel secure with other people coming in to do it. It works, it's safe, and it's comfortable. I love it when the doors talk when they move and the windows as well. They stay on the phone with you in situations they aren't sure about. I actually had the police department coming and they stayed right with me.

There have been many times that I have had issues and I was able to call in and they helped me right away. I did the installation myself, which I was surprised that everything went really well, and I've had no issues. I really like the equipment, it came with a camera for the front door and it was wireless. The last company wanted to charge me a whole lot more money to go wireless even though I was with them for 13 years. I like how it chimes in and tells us the door is open, or the window.

Every time that I call customer support they are helpful. They give me information on how to use it, change passwords, and update the system. They system works really well, I haven't had any false alarms. Every time that it has gone off it's been because something has happened. I think the security itself is good, I like that if I have an issue at home I can just press one button. I am also able to active and deactivate it from my phone.

I think they offer a lot of things I couldn't find in other providers. For example, the indoor cameras. Their website is more informative than other companies' customer service departments. It was really easy for me to find information of what I wanted. They were really easy to work with and they stick to their schedule. Such as when they will call you or when you will receive your package. I feel safe even outside of my home because I can watch it remotely.

They are very responsive as far as getting in touch with me once I had the equipment ordered. They continued to help me set it up as well. The only thing I don't like is the keypad is wired. I tried to hide it because of that, and I couldn't hide it well enough. If someone tried to break in they would be able to find the keypad and possibly disable it.

They respond well to alarms and they seem to monitor the alarm very well. They're very responsive and attentive. The camera monitoring seems a little bit limited, like you can't have more than one and some of the app features aren't as good. They are the best option for the money, and you can feel secure in your home knowing that it is monitored.

When my service got delivered on time, I was able to talk to a customer service rep over the phone. Je gave me knowledgeable information and it was a very easy set up. Protect America is very fast on call customer service and even though I'm not in the same state as where they ship from, I'm still getting excellent service all the way up and Michigan. I have a special item through them and whenever I make a sudden loud noise an alarm goes off, so I feel really protected I if someone were to break down any of my doors.

After doing research on several different companies, Protect America seemed to get one of the highest rating. Initially, I had a little issue with the equipment. It was getting turned off, so they had to supplement a couple things based on what the salesman told me. I'd say if there was ever an interruption in the quality of their service, they would would surely help me understand how it will work for me in my house. The equipment is easy to install, and everything seems to do what it's supposed to do. If someone ever burglarized my house, I can call them and they would be very responsive and very helpful.

Protect America's customer support has been really helpful in setting up appointments to call back and help set up my system. The equipment is okay - everything works, but it is faulty. It's not terrible equipment, but it's a little difficult when it doesn't always work well. I think the price is competitive, but I'd still like to get it cheaper. This is a very trustworthy company, and I recommend this company to people looking for a home security system.

If an issue occurs, as soon as the alaris a phone call instantly to confirm the situation. With our previous security and an incident occurred, the alarm would ring about minute or soo and they would call to confirm and then they would call police, fire, etc. I would have wasted a good minute of valuable response time. Mini has a wifi responder which keeps my phone line free for their call yet the wifi recognizes and puts call thru to 911 center as they confirm the problem. There is no wasted response time. Better to cancel an alarm than need help and to waste valuable response time!

We never seem to get the chance to answer the alarm person before the alarm goes off again. They cannot hear me speaking because of this. Give a person a bit more time to get to the key pad to talk to the operator to say that all is well. This is very annoying. Very annoying. It has happened twice & he person talking to us & we couldn't get them to hear us so they called the fire ???????????????????????????????????????? The system works excellent. I had a small fire that started in the electrical switch for my swamp cooler. The switch shorted out and was smoldering. The smoke detector went off and the alarm company called me and the fire department, who responded within 5 to 7 minutes. If i hadn't been home and not had the smoke detectors, it could have been a lot worse. The system saved my house from being potentially destroyed.

The sales guy described the product to me and how it worked. He showed me the security I would get and how safe I would be, I was sold. Anytime the alarm goes off, I get a call from the company to make sure that everything is ok. If something is wrong with the system, they always help me get what I need and let me know what goes on. It has been almost a year and a half since I got it and it works exactly the way it was demonstrated. It's easy to set and disarm, and the information on the screen is accurate. Whenever there's a storm or anything, it alerts me to it. Overall it's a good service.

My husband passed away and since I wanted to stay in the house, my son insisted I get a security system. Since he's my son, he has a key to get in of course. The system tells you if the doors open or if you leave a window open as well. Whenever I have issues, customer service is great and they jump right on it. They work through with it. I also like that I don't have to wait for someone to come into the line, you speak immediately to someone. Since I'm living on a medicare fixed income I've had to make some adjustments for me to go with them. Still, it's an excellent system.

Any time I have had problems with equipment they help me fix the problem right over the computer or phone. If I was out of town and alarm went off they would notify me, call the police and then call me back to let me know what the police found. We previously had ADT, and the alarm went off when a lightning struck a nearby person. We tried getting a hold of them to help us turn off the alarm, but they wouldn't answer, and even got to the point of hanging up on us. It was a really scary experience because it lasted 24 hours, however, Protect America did instruct us on how to manually disarm the alarm. They were very helpful! I'd say they've been very trustworthy people, and overall, we've been very satisfied with their service.

It's really good, and I like it. I've been with Protect America for a long time, and it's a good company. They respond really fast, and the customer service is really good. Plus, they're really good listeners, and are very friendly and comfortable to talk to, so I'm very happy with them. Actually, when my husband lost his job for some time, they gave me a time that I didn't have to pay anything, so they had a lot of empathy, and that's what I liked. They even sent us a $100 gift card! I was really happy with the person that helped us out, he was wonderful!

We were looking for a security system for our house, and the way our house is built wasn't really convenient for other companies, and they were charging up to $1,500 to install the system. On the other hand, with Protect America I just ordered it online and installed it myself! I've always been able to get through when I call them, and they even give me a few tips here and there. The alarm has gone off a couple of times when I wasn't home, and the police was here within 5 or 10 minutes, and I liked how quick they were.

Protect America has been a good company. I've been with them quite a while now, and I haven't required much of their help, although they have made changes to the system. They just sent me the articles to make the changes. The equipment has actually done a good job. A squirrel set the system off one time while I was away from home, and they called me to ask if I wanted to call the police. They were pretty quick with that. Plus, I didn't find any better prices when I was looking for a system, and as a matter of fact, I think that's why I chose them.

I've had some problems with the batteries and the sensors, so their representatives walked me through that. Of course, I had to pay for them, but they sent me new batteries. I've also had a couple of alarms that were accidental, and they show me how to take care of that as well. The only thing I don't like about them is that they're a little high in their monitoring. Besides that, I've basically been trouble free with them.

For the most part, my experiences with them have been positive. I really liked the idea of being able to order the system and install everything myself. Actually, that's the reason I chose it. My only complaint would be that every time I test my system, I end up calling the security center. It takes them about a minute or two to answer. It's not a big deal when I'm doing the monthly test, but if I had an emergency, then I'd be pretty concerned having to wait that long to talk to someone. Besides that, I've been pleased with the equipment, although, I've had to replace the wireless siren modules a few times already. I've also had problems with the intermittent motion detector, for which I must take everything apart and put it back together for it to work. I think they change their monthly charge to less than $40 as well. Most of the companies out there charge less than that.

they've offered good customer support. I had to call to add a sensor, and they were able to walk me through the process. I also had a couple of false alarms, and they did what they were supposed to do. I loved the idea of not having to pay a lot of money for the installation. That also meant that I would be able to install the system myself, without having to schedule appointments and have a lot of people running all over my house.

A couple of my friends had Protect America, and they were quite pleased with the experience, so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. Their customer support was extremely helpful, especially when I moved, they helped me set up everything. They also sent me extra supplies in a timely manner, and encouraged me to call back if I had any issues, so I felt like they were quite informative.
