They have hour long hold times when you call for service, they don’t take ownership of a customers service problems. They would rather you cancel your service then make them assist you with technical issues.

My billing has been wrong for months now. I have to call consistently to get it fixed. I have no idea why they can’t get it right. Every time the agent says they have fixed it and behold next bill is still wrong.

What interaction? I've had no contact with them since I sent in a request for information and for someone to contact me. I believe that was over a week ago, maybe two weeks - I don't remember at this point.

They claim yo gave a life time warranty on their equipment. But, when a sensor went bad, I found out that its the life of the sensor. So, you have to buy new sensors at $30 a piece when they fail. False advertising!!

I had negative interactions with the two sales reps I spoke with. Both conversations made me feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't trust the company to help protect my home. The creep factor was sky high.
