This company is a total joke. I have waited for a refund for nearly 2 months. Each time I call I am told a different story by the reps as well as given an attitude . Stay away from the company.

Don't sell your house if your under contract with Moni. They will continue to charge you even if you haven't moved into another home that you might want to transfer the service to.

Unfortunately, I have to write Brinks security at one. It’s not that it does not do the job, but I get a bill that is changed every single month. I’m not comfortable with setting them up on auto pay so they charge a $6.50 fee for mailing me my statement. This is really bad on value and customer service
