We have been trying to cancel our service since May. Apparently, they can’t get a tech to come out and disconnect the cameras which are on our roof- we are a car dealer. The cameras don’t even work but yet they continue to bill is monthly. I called repeatedly and they tell me someone will call me back. I am still waiting for my callback.

The representatives did not explain everything as they should have. We were told our bill would only be $46.99 no more for 60 months then I get my bill and we are being charged $50.67 a month.

I have no complaints with this company other than them not canceling my service 3 years ago when I requested it. Bri is bought out or took over from my previous company and I cancelled the service, only they continued to charge me and blamed me for a missing document I knew nothing about.

8 phone calls to cancel this service. No one was willing to help us out. Dad has dementia and couldn’t remember password. The ONLY customeservice rep that DIDNT hang up on us was the most patient, polite and went well beyond ANYONE else in the department did. Raylin was wonderful and you need more people like her!!!

Customer service is not helpful. There is no visible contracts no matter how many times you ask to see or receive a copy of the contract. Cancellation is impossible. Nothing ever improves no matter what customer service tells you.

I unplugged the power supply to move my desk. Did Brinks call me and let me know there was something wrong, NO! No power to the Master Unit and they did not care! When I called to find out why NO ONE notify me, I was told I should have called them first to let them know I was unplugging the power supply! I CANCELLED MY SERVICE!

This company is a scam. I called as a new customer they were supposed to send tech, and never did. I called them and canceled they said you don't owe us anything since you canceled for your 30 days window. It has been 4 months and still sending a bill which I never had service for. I moved while having service with Brinks. The sub-contractor and brinks never transferred service to my new home. I paid for service for a whole year that I wasn't receiving. I stopped paying and Brinks reported my non payment to the credit agencies.

They reported a late payment on my credit report and completely messed it up. I do not even have an account with them. I called their customer service team and they are no help. The most rediculas verifacation system that has to be used everytime you wast to do anything with the system. Now they want ton charge for cloud services. I was with Protect America, It was a month to month base payment but when they sold it to Brinks Home Security, they locked me in to a contract that I didn't even sign and charging me for as long as they want. I never agreed to a year contract and now I can't get out of it.

Cost is double listed value, at nearly $60 per month. Regular mistakes in billing result in additional fees you will be forced to call to correct, nearly monthly, even with automated billing. Technicians and customer service reps are competent but hamstrung.

If they won’t take care of Service Members you think they will take care of you? I recommend hiring another company to take care of your security needs not this one.

Trying repeatedly to cancel my Brinks account to no avail. Originally with Envision but Brinks bought the account. The service dates back at least 2 years, possibly 3 prior to my husband's passing in 8/2018. At 88 I have the desperate feeling that they will be trying to collect from me after I am dead.

This is absolutely the worst alarm company going Their primary tactic is to put you on hold until you become frustrated and hang up I’m writing this review while I’m on hold with them and have been on and off for 45 minutes. Whenever the rep comes back I’m going to cancel monitoring why have it my system doesn’t work !

Moved into a house that had a protect American system. They advertise $20-$40 monthly but couldn't offer that low of a price. When I changed a battery on a window alarm the alarm went off and they wouldn't tell me the code to turn it off unless I signed up for service. It was torture and probably bad for our kids hearing.

They are cheap but good luck trying to cancel the service. I cancelled in Nov. Still getting bills. They claim they had no record of it but could tell me when I had "tried" to cancel! Claim to have called but I have no record. They NEVER emailed regarding but are emailing me the cancellation form now. Just delaying to get more $$ out of me!!

Out of all the security systems I have had BRINKS IS THE WORST!!! Their customer service is a constant pain. I get nothing but excuses when I call. I have given them many chances to fix the problem but they refuse to deliver.

Had the worse customer service evening shift. I told the guy that I just needed a quote and what I needed for my house.And the guy who answered told me about himself and his military experience and tried to sell me other things.He was very rude, unprofessional.He turned out to be the manager.

6 years ago you could actually speak to a service agent in a timely manor... NOT ANY MORE! They have missed my house (garage) getting broken into once. That was enough for me!!! then, police came 8 hours later!!!!! They dropped the ball once! That's to many for me!!!!!!!!
