It was a total nightmare installing it. The sensors didn't work on any of our doors, so waiting for new sensors. Software is hard to figure out.

Incredibly poor service. Every call took 30 - 60 minutes to get a person to talk to. Had to work for months to cancel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
