We used Trinity Solar to install the solar panels and the roof started to leak after the installation. They also didn’t even had our information in their system after the installation so we couldn’t pay our bill for the panels. We had a overall poor experience with the installation, customer service, and support service.

Sunnova was fine until o had an issue with my service. Since then, I have tried for over two months to get someone to fix my system or even just give me an update on timing and no one has gotten back to me. It’s getting to the point where I call almost daily. Do not trust them. Do not use them.

doesn't response to your emails or calls specially the employee Myrna V the longer they take to response more money they make from customers. since you are obligated to pay the monthly payment and interest occurring for the time you are waiting for them to resolve the issue I would not recommend to work with sunnova at all
