Solar Panel system took too long to install, missed the most productive months of the year. The panels don't seem to be producing as much as they should. The app is useless, what good is 2 day old data? There is no consumption data. This may have been a terrible decision!

Terrible customer service, They provide no proof of it working, the website shows nothing and when I talked to customer service they said it will take 6-8 weeks to show anything? I have to just trust them that things are working I guess. They can't send me any data that proves it's working.

I would not even give one star. Terrible customer service. Their approach is don’t communicate at all for customer. Leave them in the dark. Don’t provide info to help them when they need help. Leave them stranded with broken panels increasing their electric bill indefinetly.

My solar panel company used this company to fix my panels under warranty. The communication was poor, technician arrived late with no notice. Had to request a technician multiple times to even get one to come out. Called customer service when technician didn't show and they couldn't tell me what happened or whether the tech would arrive that day.

Not very professional with the installation. I am told things weren’t up to at as far as installing goes. When you have back track by other installers. Then there is the trash and pallet left behind. The panel’s on the roof has body sweat dried out from the sun. Why haven’t that been cleaned off. People just don’t care.

The tech was great. The customer communications was horrible. Calling the day before an appointment that they made without you knowing about it and wanting you to drop everything to be home. Call for a repair 3 days latter no response from them.

Was sent to my home by Generac/powerhome/pink energy scam to fix my $80,000 worthless solar equipment that has never worked since the day it was poorly installed by incompetent minions. They claimed to have fixed it but still does not work. Please do not be caught up in this solar/ self sufficient BS , it will save you tons of money and lawsuits.

I’ve had the system less than 2 years and all 3 inverters have had to be replaced. Go with Fronius. The service network is horrible. They don’t show for appointments and if they do show, the work isn’t always complete and I need to have additional service appointments even though they say they are fine. I’d rather pay for electricity.
