We were mislead by the salesman saying we would bank extra production for when Solor wasn’t producing now we are paying for Solor and electricity from electric company this we were told solor would save us money

The don't have the courtesy to respond to emails. Keep tacking on "fees" with no explanation for them snd its not in my contract that I can find. Very poor customer service. Actually nonexistent.
