A few days after the inverter was replaced, the battery stopped working. No one will answer calls or respond to emails/texts…I have had the same experience with the entity that installed the battery a couple of years ago…it is beyond rationale as to how these people remain in business!

They put a hold on my living room ceiling. When they sent a guy to patch it, I didn’t get a good feeling that it was going to look right.. now I have to replace my entire ceiling. They send me $700.00 to cover the damage to the hole but what a disaster! Not something I needed to deal with before the holidays. I do not recommend.

This has been a 3 year nightmare. We paid 70 thousands dollars and the system work for 3 week. It haven't worked since. We've begged to have it repaired and we are told they do not have technicians to fix it. It's been a 3 year nightmare

Came to install new parts on my Generac battery, my battery stopped charging after the service. Techs left and now still waiting for service call back just for scheduling. My best guess would be more waiting after scheduling to get it fix, eventually, maybe………..?

Communication with Sunnova was very difficult. One call resulted in being transferred 3 times with little collaboration or a “gentle handoff” among employees. They had no information (or knowledge of) about work that was contracted out by them. I’d recommend you use another solar company.
