This been one of the worst experience. This company operate like amateur. Hole in my ceiling and wall over a month with no resolution. Half the time the panels do not work and no one can say why. Please stay away from this company, there are so many better to choose from.

We used Trinity Solar to install the solar panels and the roof started to leak after the installation. They also didn’t even had our information in their system after the installation so we couldn’t pay our bill for the panels. We had a overall poor experience with the installation, customer service, and support service.

Still paying 750 / month in electric bills. I have a house that is less than 1500 sq ft. This may be an NG problem, but isn’t solar supposed to reduce electrical costs? That’s what I was told anyways.
