Communication with Sunnova was very difficult. One call resulted in being transferred 3 times with little collaboration or a “gentle handoff” among employees. They had no information (or knowledge of) about work that was contracted out by them. I’d recommend you use another solar company.

This company has no work ethics or do as they promised. Solar was out 9 months , flaked on 5 attempts to get them out to repair their equipment and has cost me 4K in lost wages and over 9k and that’s just basic. Looking for a solar company. Do research and definitely look for any other company thannthis

Solar Panel system took too long to install, missed the most productive months of the year. The panels don't seem to be producing as much as they should. The app is useless, what good is 2 day old data? There is no consumption data. This may have been a terrible decision!

Terrible customer service, They provide no proof of it working, the website shows nothing and when I talked to customer service they said it will take 6-8 weeks to show anything? I have to just trust them that things are working I guess. They can't send me any data that proves it's working.
