Lack of communications. Received emails from electric company of missing documents and signatures. Confusing / contradicting emails and phone calls between what electric company is saying is the status vs what your company says is the status. Amongst other things.

Salesman not clear on all the facts. Just wants to sell panels. Salesman should tell, prospective customers all of what the Solar is about and what can be done to make it enjoyable to see and use. Installers were fantastic. These comments are as of now, but ask me how I feel about the system when I’ve had it for six months

The service was good until they left. The did not bolt my panels back down. It has been a week and my panels are still not bolted down. I have been lucky there has not been a big wind storm. I also still have the Milwaukee battery charger they left on my deck.

Never showed up —- TWICE. DIDNT CALL AT ALL THE SECOND TIME. Called after I waited 3 1/2 hrs for them to show up the first time to let me know they were not coming. Then I had to wait for a reschedule which wasn’t even in the same week. Can’t recommend!

Started this process 8 months ago and system was just turned on. This company will call you 5 times in one day and leave message after message. When had a free moment at work I called them back and was given 2 different apps to monitor my system and neither of them work. 👎👎

Sent from Generac company to come and troubleshoot and fix my system. Works for a week or so then my whole system doesn’t produce any energy from the panels. Texted the service tech and don’t get a respond from the visit. Will have to escalate back to Generac. My system was working 60% now 0 %. Stay away from these guys.
