I have been trying to contact customer service about finishing the set up of my Tesla solar battery and no one will return my call. I try calling and get a voicemail. There seems to be no communication of the next steps. Their customer service and process needs to be improved.

You lied about your program. The rates are not covered over the set amount and your sales people, installers and apparantly regional advisor lied about installing birdguard. L which subsequently has now left bird shit and pigeons on my roof.

They have arguably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They moved all call centers overseas, and the reps will not put you through to a supervisor or US agent no matter your situation. On top of all that, our first service appointment was blown off entirely.

This has to be the worst company ever. They damaged numerous major appliances including but not limited to, refrigerator, dryer, garage opener, when they super surged my house after instalation. They have been dragging their feet with the the compensation for new appliances.
