It took them over 6 months from the time the started construction to get it turned out. They have zero costumer service. When you call the phone number to get help it says to text instead. With the text system, you will deal with a different person each time.

Phone conversation was very hard to understand. System was working before they arrived . Now its dead. Parts removed and not replaced….. Generac didn’t seem happy I called to report problems after your visit. Techs seemed to not know too much about my system. Waiting for repairs to be made . Been over a week without any solar production. Not happy at all. Losing money big time while system is down.

When they made an appointment with me my appointment time was 12pm to 4pm. The day of my appointment the technician call me at 10am 2 hrs prior to my appointment. I told him my appointment was from 12 to 4. They then went to another appointment. I called them at 12pm when I got home. they then told me they would not be able to make it back to my home for my appointment because they had already been there.
