This has been one of the worst experiences. My system was not working, half my system was left off and no one believed me until I had to prove to them it was by showing them my old smaller system produced more. I wish I could have gone with another company.

Sunnova was fine until o had an issue with my service. Since then, I have tried for over two months to get someone to fix my system or even just give me an update on timing and no one has gotten back to me. It’s getting to the point where I call almost daily. Do not trust them. Do not use them.

doesn't response to your emails or calls specially the employee Myrna V the longer they take to response more money they make from customers. since you are obligated to pay the monthly payment and interest occurring for the time you are waiting for them to resolve the issue I would not recommend to work with sunnova at all

There is nothing I like about this company. I want out of this contract. Zero customer service, my panels and system hasn't worked correctly in months, I have called and called and called, they keep closing my claims with no resolution.

Really bad customer service, took me 5 months waiting for a tech guy to review my system. On the billing they are always changing the reading of the previous year, how is that possible??? And now they say my production is almost 100%. Even when the system was not working for almost half of the previous year. C'mon

I’ve been with this company 3 days and I CAN NOT MONITOR my system in real time! I own my system, I want to monitor my system and I CAN NOT! There is a 3 day lag in monitoring! This is unacceptable, inefficient and horrible customer service! I absolutely detest this company and I REGRET using them! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW!

Sunnova is the pitts, I have a problem with 10 panels of my 23 on my roof. The inverter says 13 of 23 reporting and they won't come out to fix it. This happened in the past and took over a year to get service. You have a choice don't pick sunnova.

Big mistake bought a house with sunnova system September 27 been trying to get transferred to me all paper work done still not transferred. Call on hold can leave call back number hours later they call. Ready to have them come and remove system
