There are multiple steps in the process of getting the solar cells. On Sunnova side everything was smooth. However, on the contractor side everything g takes long time. It took already 3 months and still our EV charger to be installed - this is the reason for one less star (I should probably subtract 0.5star). Overall, everything is good.

Just started with Sunnova. However, the app took about 7 days to even show we were a customer after the system was turned on. Now that it shows up, our production shows 0. We are told by customer service we won't see anything for 30 days. Meanwhile I've received an email inviting me to see my energy production today by downloading the app. Not really sure what's going on, but we should be able to use the app as it was stated we would be able to.

Thanks to Sunnova I don't have to worry about blackouts. In Puerto Rico is very constant and I did not know the stress I had with this until a black out happened and I did not notice it. Since my father is oxigen dependant.

I received an invitation to give a review, not this review. So far so good, there are still 24 years to go on the lease. To make things clear, my savings on electricity (90% +) are offset by the lease monthly payment, so I come out about even, with the advantage of having electricity 24/7.
