I have no dislikes having that generator gives me a piece of mind knowing I won't be without power I experienced and ice storm couple yrs ago and was without power for 2,5 days I Said never again

Here is not a lot to like about your company, since the installation of the solar equipment. When the inspector came and found the installation error, it has been very frustrating to us to get any answers from anyone. Someone should have been on top of the whole situation , and contacting us about what is happening????? As of right now I have no idea when inspector is due back or when new meter is due to be installed???? It is bad when your customer is not kept in the loop?????

Fixed my solar panels in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that they canceled my appointment the morning of the appointment because they didn’t have the part even though I had asked them when they made the appointment if they had the part.

They were fast and clean left no mess! The only negative was trying to schedule phases because they call from unknown numbers. I downloaded 3 different apps to see progress and usage which was confusing but the reps were great and did their best to keep me posted

It has been frustrating working with them to get solar because we had to fight the steps happening at every point. Things didn't get done without us calling and even talking about having our system removed before it was fully installed over the 6 months before it was finally completed. We have also had techs from Lgcy come multiple times and have cause multiple days without power because either they didn't do it right or then sent someone out and they broke it. I'm stuck with the system at this point because of how expensive it is to have them take it back, but I wish I went with a different company who has better customer service and I wouldn't have to make them do their jobs. Every now and then we did get someone who was helpful, but it wasn't until I complained that I got someone who would help the situation.

Sunnova installed solar panels in one day, but broke a window in our existing sunroom. They offered to reimburse us, but the process of finding a company willing to make this repair was very time-consuming, and the repair is not guaranteed.

Lack of communication by the sales person, having to commit to insurance after all paperwork done and panels installed. I planned my solar payment to be slightly less than my power bill . Since I was NOT told of a requirement for insurance I am paying more . I hope since solar is a fixed payment and the power company is not that will change on the next price increase by the power company

After the initial Installation of electrician, where he put the boxes on the front of the house. The owner worked with me? To move the switching box into the garage and the power switch to the side of the house, removing it from the front of the house, which was an eye sore. Thank you

My only complaint was around a delay due to failing the first inspection by the power company- something that absolutely could have been avoided (we were not notified by anyone to remove a tree that was too close to the breaker box/meter)
