Not happy

This was an add on to our current system (also Sunnova) and has taken almost 6 months to complete. We should have had the correct amount of panels installed the first time not requiring additional panels as we have not made any additions to our home.

As a new customer, I am very disappointed with your customer service. The sales associate that your company send told us a different story just to sign us up and all the staff he promised you said you don't know anything about it. Plus not sure about the other company but once you put your panel which is on October, my service started in April. Which again your associate Mark said the max it will take is a couple months. One thing that I wanted to mention is Josh fixed our bird issue on one side. I'm so worried how the next 25 years gonna be

I wish i could give it -0. For 6 months my system was not working so my electric bills were over 500.00 a month plus paying Sunnova 93.00 a month. Then i wrote a bad review and my panels were fixed within hours. They lied for 6 months to me that parts were available. And they offered me only $250.00 in a visa card. What a joke! I should of been offered way more for me spending over $3,000 in bills. DO NOT BUY OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!

New “user”

I’m not sure yet if I’ve been scammed by this company. We were told when their “Representative “ was here that they had taken over the SunRun company and now the two companies were the same. This is definitely not true. It took forever to install and get our system working. Now we have APS AND two different solar systems. Don’t know how that is going to work. I’m more than a little irritated with how this has happened.

Tried to get some assistance from their Customer Service department. All the guy could do is read a pre-ordered phone script...each time. I eventually requested to speak with manager and even that was painful and frustrating.

Solar was installed a week after signing the contract it's now November 5th and it's not activated. I've called more than a dozen times, they send a repair 'technician' at least every 2 weeks with no help !!!! Don't do it !!!! Find someone else !!! Horrible customer service !!!
