Sunny days

When I was approached to have a system installed, the salesman and the follow up team were very informative and thorough. The installation was accomplished quickly and the team cleaned everything up and left the property clean. I have recommended Sunnova to all of my friends and acquaintances .

Customer service is responsive. My system works well and was well designed. As long as the sun is shining (in the late spring and summer months), I save a lot of money, but during the winter season not so much. But that is probably more a review of solar in general than it pertains to this company.

I should have been warned that there was no space left for cleaning under the panels, which has caused fungus and vegetation beneath them. The problem can be solved by having 8 panels moved to another location. This would allow me space to clean and remove the fungus and vegetation. I need Sunnova to correct the problem. I don't know what the movement would require; therefore, Sunnova would have to inspect the area.

The placement of the solar panels match the roof and there are no ugly pipes on display. Our electric bill has decreased dramatically and it is consistently producing energy. We had issue with a our system and Sunnova notified us and scheduled a technician to service our home. The Technician was professional. V

If you get approached by Trinity Solar, doing business as sunnova, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. THEY DO NOT FULLFIL THEIR EMPTY PROMISES. Not even a month in I had to file a breach of contract suit to correct an issue. They promise alot but are short on fullfillment.

Well....I've had these panels installed since Dec 2019 and not only have I yet to see any savings on my electric bill but I don't even know if I am using the energy that is supposed to be stored for use during the evenings.
