Although it has been a while since our panels were installed we really have enjoyed working with Sunnova. There were a few problems in the beginning, but the company was very professional and timely with solving them. A lot of the delay was due to the pandemic , but after the county starting opening back up, they immediately came out to correct the problem. I would highly recommend Sunnova.

The entire process from beginning to end was a positive one. The individuals were knowledgeable, patient in answering questions, not pushy. Once the work began the workers were efficient and motivated and cleaned up after themselves well. Between the different stages there was good communication so I was aware of what was happening. Everyone was very considerate of the issues brought on by CoVid 19.

A friend has a Sunnova solar system and loves it. The Rep.Donovan explained the old solar programs compared to how Sunnova does business, which makes it possible for us to have solar. Improvements in equipment and the Sunnova business and support made the decision for us. They took care of all the details from the design, installation, and the "turn-on." The monitor program is amazing... not only total amounts generated and each panel operation. Thanks John

I received quotes from so many solar companies its ridiculous, but I finally decided to go with Sunnova. I had been a previous solar lease consumer and decided when I bought my next house I would never do that again. I contacted a Sunnova dealer and they directed my to the best pricing and financing for a system that would meet our families needs and our financial goals. Overall the sales process was zero pressure, the installation was smooth, the permitting process was very well handled and the project went quickly considering the state of the world.

We had a great experience from our initial visit with our Salesman Steve. there was no pressure and a great explanation of what to expect. The install was very smooth. We did not like one aspect of the outside appearance and it was fixed quickly to our satisfaction. Our system was turned on this past Wednesday and we are looking forward to our savings on our energy bill. We can easily track our production online and at home.

Met salesman Jan 25th, started installation Feb 24th, just had system finished, approved, and on-line less than 2 weeks later. WOW!!! Sales person was excellent and knowledgeable, design was spot-on, construction crew was excellent, communication from Sunnova was perfect. I'll see how it all turn out when the bills start coming in, but the actual installation process was beginning to end, excellent...

At first I felt overwhelmed when discussing the possibility of solar and whether to buy or lease, but the gentleman who explained the process over and over, with unlimited patience, never made me feel "stupid" or bothersome (I emailed many questions to him). He made my choices easier. The guys who installed the panels and the changes to the electrical box were friendly and competent.

My system has been in a little over a year. We had outrageous electric bills during the months of June-Sept yearly. UI changed meter but did not help. My 2 sons both had Trinity install Solar and are pleased. We changed a little over a year ago and now pay our monthly amount and thats it. Very happy with it and Trinity. If you have Sun ,Make the change. You wont be sorry!

All the representatives were very professional. Answered my questions, no pressure. The roofers came on time, they were polite and totally cleaned up the mess. The electrical crew came, did their thing left. Through out the process my salesman, Joe and the customer service dept kept in touch and walked me through the process. We have found all the personnel we have communicated with to be open and honest in answering questions that every step of the way. They never made commitments / promises they could not keep. We were kept well informed and the time line was always met through every step of the project. On site installers were courteous and thoroughly cleaned up each day. Overall, it's been a great experience. My salesperson Trevor was excellent and patient with the 100 questions my wife and I had about everything from financing to equipment to placement of the panels. The installation went smoothly and the communication from Sunnova has been consistent and thorough. I'm excited to see the early returns on the energy the system is providing and can't wait to start seeing dramatically reduced energy bills from PG&E, not to mention feeling good about producing green energy and reducing my dependence on the increasingly unreliable grid.

We met with four companies selling solar and back up systems. We were impressed with the information provided up front for us to make a decision. Solar has been installed and we are now looking to install the generator. Every thing went smoothly and we are about ready for the utility company to shut down the electricity or for some other means of us being with electric power as normally provided by the utility company. One evening there was a knock at our front door and a young man was asking if he could speak with us about solar panels. At first we didn’t really want to speak to him because we had a bad experience from another company. But we let him come in and he walked us through his program with Sunnova. At first it seemed too good to be true. We sat down with our Representative Matt from Trinity Solar and he explained the details. We just had our install and were given the okay to turn on our system! The team kept us informed the whole way, letting us know when permits were applied for, gave us our install date, ect. We had met with 5 other solar companies and always felt pressured or that they were uneducated on the actual system and making things up as they went. When meeting with our local Trinity Solar representative we were extremely impressed with the no frills, no bull approach. We had agreed to meet with 1 past company since they were highly recommended and very glad that we did. From the first meeting until the finished install we could not be happier. I switched to solar 5 months ago. Every month since my bill has been less than $13 a month!!! I could not be happier with the whole experience if I tried. It look great. The boxes inside and outside are discreet and clean. The staff was very professional from beginning and end and my sales guy was amazing. And although I was told the process would take a few months the whole project was done in less than 1 month. If I didn't already have solar I'd definitely go with this company!! Thank you all so much from $350/ month to $13 I mean really how great is that!!!

From the start everyone I talked with was very knowledgeable, explained all details and advised me of my options. They kept me informed on all stages of installation and followed up with emails and phone called. The service was excellent. Even in the last stage of powering up I had the options of someone coming out, I could get instructions and do it myself or I could call and they would walk me through the process. I can only say that we have been very happy with everything concerning our installation. From the very beginning, the salesman, installers, electricians and inspectors were all very good and certainly knew what they were doing and would answer any question that I had in regard to what they were doing at the time. Overall experience with Trinity Solar and Sunnova is very positive. Installation was faultless, electric bills are now much less than before and I have not had any problem so far. The only negative is that my son who already had a solar installation done and recommended that I proceed with Trinity/Sunnova was told he would get a rebate check for referring a customer. The Trinity rep said it would happen and it never did, so although I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity /Sunnova to a friend, your promises for rewards are rather hollow!

From the first meeting on we have been pleased with Sunnova. The representative was knowledgeable. I had done my homework and had a list with 30 questions (with answers ) and he knew all the answers. They took care of the permit, all went smooth. The installation went smooth. We needed a new fuse box and they took care of that. Follow up was great. I called last Sunday with a question and they took promptly care of it.

From the very beginning, our initial meeting with Roger W was very informative as well as “no pressure”. Installation day was a VERY cold winter day in upstate NY but the 3 young men who installed our system did an excellent job! We were well informed during the entire process and all of our contacts were very professional. I love going to the app each day as the sun does its job to make our system work! The billing department is very easy to work with.

I do not understand the bad reviews I see. It sounds like most of the customers that are complaining have to take it up with the solar company that sold them the deal, NOT Sunnova. Went through with a monthly PPA with it has saved me a ton. One of my panels went out and they were out in a day to come fix. They actually knew about the malfunction before I did. Sunnova is a great company!!

My experience with Sunnova has been great. The representative that we worked with was great and knowledgeable. The Solar representative that initially began the process explained every step that would be taking place with the process of adding solar to our home. He explained that the interface with Sunnova would take place and be a very quick and smooth process. It certainly was. I would recommend Sunnova to others as well.

I found some things confusing at 'inspection time'. I receive from my electric co. (PSEG) a letter stating "I" had to arrange for connections; I did not expect this. A call to Trinity resolved this issue. I find issue with the number of companies involved, i.e. Sunnova, Trinity, and a few others like the installers, etc.. These companies seem to be located all over the U.S.A. I'm confused with the meaning of a Email received from Sunnova indicating, in essence, I will receive two (2) "bills" monthly; one from Sunnova (I guess) and another from the utility co. Haven't I signed up for automatic payment to Trinity/Sunnova?? However, I found talking with all persons, Sales Rep. Daygon, Office person, 'Steph', and the installers pleasing , and helpful.

I had some issues with how I wanted my panels placed. Sunnova went above and beyond to appease me. Before I signed on I spent over 2 hours asking every question I could think of. Even had the rep sit here while I went on line to find questions I might not of thought of. The installers were great. But the Rep (Kay) was the best. Always returned my calls and text asap. Even on the weekends. My actual service just started 3 days ago so I will come back periodically to give my opinion of the actual service. But thus far I strongly recommed them.

I have had Sunnova for over 3 years now, trust me you do not want to be apart of this club. We have not not been able to produce solar since spring time we have reached out and emailed over a dozen times with no response than Adriel G in there resolutions department assured me we would get this resolved that was 5 weeks ago and he has yet to return a phone call or email
