The organization of the entire process top to bottom has been unpredictable and difficult. While I believe that intentions were in the right place, the organization and scheduling of the install was random and my expectation were constantly challenged. Dates and timing changed constantly, and all parties didn't appear to know what others were doing. In hindsight, I wish I had did more research into solar providers before I went with Sunnovo. Very disappointed.

their website is lacking. the are my loan company for my solar and also provide one of the 25 year warranties. i cant get a real bill off of the site. i had an issue and was given a case. i was told it would take 8 days for someone to review and get back to me. i cleared it up with my inverter company directly. sunnova closed the case without contacting me at all.

Donald Coppock

Your installer (Infinity Energy) damaged our roof. I called you first and was told to contact Infinity. It took 4 calls to get throug to you first. After 5 or 6 attempts I finally got an answer at Infinity ans was told they would refer this to their service department. I am 2 weeks into this issue by now and it is now almost 4 weeks and still no response. I paid a roofer to fix our roof, only cost $100 so not a not deal but Infinity's service sucks and that reflects on you equally.

Sunnova manages my solar panel array, which has consistently produced most of the electricity we need for our home. Even with the many appliances we run in the house, the production seems to be sufficient to make us less dependent on the grid. The app that monitors the system is also quite user-friendly.

Great customer service! I was cautious at first because of other experiences with other solar companies but between V3 and Sunnova my experience has been great. Solar panels go in on Tuesday along with a new breaker box (2 days for the panel). Communication has been great for all steps leading up to this.

Very pleased with the whole process. My only go back would be for a better explanation of the federal tax credit. You don't get it all in the first year unless you owe huge taxes. I had to make significant investment changes to get the remaining 70% in the second year.

it was free and it cut my electric bill to $0.00 , ive not gotten a bill from Duquesne Light Company because my system generates enough electricity to sell my overage back to the supplier and into my account at a surplus . i pay sunnova $61.00 a month and nothing more .

The sales representative was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The installers were excellent. Customer service was not as helpful. Customer service said i could receive my invoice through regular mail not through the internet. When i called again customer service said they could not do that. I am a victim of identity theft and do not like doing any business on line and it states in your contract that I can choose to have it nailed to my po box. My electrics bill is still higher than I like. But what's done is done. I see solcius went bankrupt. I can no longer reach the sales representative and a few times when i called customer service you referred me to the sales representative. In the future I believe you all need to be on the same page.

Being an environmental activist, renewable energy is my way to go and this is where Sunnova comes in. Sunnova has durable and long lasting premium solar batteries. Using Sunnova has really helped me reduce on my electricity utility bills. However the post installation and customer service is abit lacking. Sunnova is however a good solar power service provider.

System was designed and installed inspected through County and State permitted rather quickly and have not had an issue with System since installation, saving a significant amount of money in the bill is pretty consistent now so yeah no pretty much what you're going to pay.

We had a problem with the roofing company. We had air coming around the window and very cold in my bedroom. We had to keep the heat bumped up to 76 degrees to keep our bedroom warm. It took 2 weeks for someone to come out to fix it. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. Some came out on a Sunday at 8 am without notice to work on the exterior part. No one came to fix in interior. We had to pay $200 out of pocket to have someone come out to insulate around the window to keep the air out. The roof was replaced November 4th. Exterior was semi fixed November 26. (22 Days with heat up to 76 when is normally between 68-70) Sunnova was awesome. New Castle Roofing not so much.
