It has been frustrating working with them to get solar because we had to fight the steps happening at every point. Things didn't get done without us calling and even talking about having our system removed before it was fully installed over the 6 months before it was finally completed. We have also had techs from Lgcy come multiple times and have cause multiple days without power because either they didn't do it right or then sent someone out and they broke it. I'm stuck with the system at this point because of how expensive it is to have them take it back, but I wish I went with a different company who has better customer service and I wouldn't have to make them do their jobs. Every now and then we did get someone who was helpful, but it wasn't until I complained that I got someone who would help the situation.

The organization of the entire process top to bottom has been unpredictable and difficult. While I believe that intentions were in the right place, the organization and scheduling of the install was random and my expectation were constantly challenged. Dates and timing changed constantly, and all parties didn't appear to know what others were doing. In hindsight, I wish I had did more research into solar providers before I went with Sunnovo. Very disappointed.

their website is lacking. the are my loan company for my solar and also provide one of the 25 year warranties. i cant get a real bill off of the site. i had an issue and was given a case. i was told it would take 8 days for someone to review and get back to me. i cleared it up with my inverter company directly. sunnova closed the case without contacting me at all.

Donald Coppock

Your installer (Infinity Energy) damaged our roof. I called you first and was told to contact Infinity. It took 4 calls to get throug to you first. After 5 or 6 attempts I finally got an answer at Infinity ans was told they would refer this to their service department. I am 2 weeks into this issue by now and it is now almost 4 weeks and still no response. I paid a roofer to fix our roof, only cost $100 so not a not deal but Infinity's service sucks and that reflects on you equally.

Good products and nice app to track power production. Customer communication could be better when first payments on loan starts. I received notification on a Friday that the first payment was due the following Tuesday via email. Provided little time to set up electronic payment. Payment by mail would not have been possible.

Love my solar panels by Sunnova! They produce great energy results and have been able to provide 100% energy coverage and more. My electrical bill is negative and I have not had to pay and electrical bill since I’ve installed the solar panels. Which is awesome for a house in the northeast to produce such consistent results and energy!

Sunnova had very good communication up until the installation was nearly complete. During installation the crew dented and put a hole in our soffit while deciding the hookup would go in another location putting some putty over the hole. We also had numerous landscaping lights damaged during the install and plants trampled. The plants have since recovered but thats as far as anything as we've gotten. We were told that someone would come out and take care of all the damage. I called the numbers I was given. I text our main salesman. He gave me a number and I've never been contacted by anyone since.

New home owner here. I took over the contract when I bought the house. Thanks to some help and guidance from the staff, it was a smooth transition. They have also helped keep my electric bill down, which is good, because I have Eversource as my electric provider, and they are just evil.

Macy did a great job of describing the benefits and process of transferring to solar power. She was upfront with the numbers and expectations. It took 2-3 months in total for me to sit down with Macy, the Sunnova representative, and have the panels installed and activated. It's still quite early, as I am still in the first month of activation. However, everything seems smooth to this point.

Your sales people are very professional and thorough. The men who installed the solar panels were very good. The electrician was very nice. My only suggestion for improvement is follow through. I had to make several reminder calls letting you know that Ameren had not come out after everything was installed, and I called to let you know of an error message showing up on your app. I was told wires were crossed and someone would come out to check the wires. Still waiting.
