Ion was great! From my initial meeting with my sales rep (shout out Hunter) through to installation their teams were all great at making sure I was well informed and comfortable through each step in the process. They also took care of all the permitting with the city and my HOA. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in going Solar.

It was so convenient and easy, and now I'll be saving $$$$ each month in electronic bill. Being in Texas we get so much sun, it's almost free to use power now. This team is A-MAZE-Ing! Professional, Prompt, and Communicative. From the start they were always on time, and explained every step of the way. I had done a lot of research prior to my in home presentation, so I was able to fact check them ahead of time to see if they were just trying to get a sell... from first meeting to actual install was less than one month, and I haven't had to do a thing, but be home on install day. We still have to have the power company inspect and all that before my panels are switched on. But smooth sailing thus far. Highly recommend ION

Just finished the install, haven't had the panels inspected and turned on yet, but I have to say, These guys were AMAZING! Polite, patient, knowledgeable... the list goes on. My experience has been smooth as butter thus far. No doubt in my mind that this was the best choice for our home and future. If/when I buy a new house, ION is definitely who I'm calling.

The only weirdness I experienced was a second sales rep coming to my house and trying to offer me solar, but we got it ironed out and now I've got a second business card to keep in contact with. I'm definitely excited to go solar, this is my first week with my panels turned on and it coincides perfectly with my first solar payment too. Our sales and installation of our ION solar system was really flawless by the whole team. We were really very impressed with Garett our project manager he was in constant contact making sure we knew everything from start to finish, our instillation crew was very pleasant and did an awesome job we flew a drone up to inspect it and it was beautiful. Even the city inspector was impressed with the technology of having the power inverter on each panel he went on about how much better that was. And James our sales manager was very knowledgeable thank you team!

We recently purchased a Solar system for our house from ION Solar. We signed the contract on 12/12/19 and our we received PTO from NV Energy on 2/11/20. The installation was very clean and professionally done. The wiring is installed through the attic leaving a clean and uncluttered installation on the roof. They even when to the extent of painting the electrical conduit that running down the side of the house to the electrical panel to match the color of the house. We also requested "critter guard" as part of the installation ( to prevent pigeons nesting ) and it was installed after we received inspection from the city. After our system was initially turned on after receiving PTO, we were told one of the panels was not reporting and that a service call had been scheduled. It took several service calls to resolve the issue, but in the end all panels are working and generating power. The benefit of having this issue arise during the install has been that we can testify that all panels report and generate power independently, so only those down affect your output and the remaining panels still operate and generate power. So in our case 11 of our 12 panels were working the entire time. I was skeptical about the power generation capabilities of our system, but so far we have generated approximately three days of excess power in a little under a 3 week period. We have received all the incentives we were promised during the contract negotiations. There are cheaper solar installations out there and I do feel we paid for a premium product, but having said that I also do believe we received a premium product. We are currently not producing anywhere near peak power due to it being February and yet our average daily output is almost reaching our estimate annual average. And that is with one panel down for most of that time. We are very happy overall with our experience and final outcome and would recommend ION Solar to others based on our experience.

I found them very professional and easy to work with. They explained everything completely and everything they said, turned out to be correct. I just got my system installed and being in the service industry I was very impressed with the team. The crew leader was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. We tend to ask a lot and never once did he seem to be annoyed or bothered by it. They cleaned up everything and even picked up trash that was not left by them. We've had the system for about a month. It looks great and I'm anxious to see the how it does through the winter and into the peak of next summer. Ion was easy to work with and great at communicating. I used their app during the pre-install process and love the Enlighten app that shows what the individual panels each produce, today's current production vs yesterdays, and monthy/annual trends.

Even though there were some misunderstandings between the salesperson and myself, everything turned out great. Make sure everything you discuss is on the contract. In my case, it was the critter guard. ION Solar worked hard to make it right. I had some issues with communication early on when they changed my project manager a couple times, but other than that it went smoothly. Lorrente M (my project manager) did a great job and was prompt about keeping me up to date and answering my questions. So we sign up with Justin who said that it would take awhile for everything the fall into place. I've been very pleased with ION. They installed my system in Feb of 2018 and I have been enjoying no power bill for a few months now. The only thing I pay my power company is the connection fee which is a flat fee I guess each month no matter what. My interactions with every employee was overall good. There was some miscommunication with the installers showing up earlier than expected, but when they give you a window of time to show up, you generally dont expect them to be right on time! I would recommend ION to my friends and family.

I have had many solar companies come by my home. I spoke to a couple of them but did not like what they offered, so I quit talking to them. After about a month ION showed up at my door. I decided to listen one more time. I was amazed by what they had to offer. ION has been great. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Once clered by the local utility, ION had our system installed and ready to produce power in something like 3 days. Their installation was professional, and very clean and neat. We had occassion to contact customer service shortly after "going live". There was a representative at our home the very next day. As it turns out, I was the problem! Great service!!!!!!

ION was a life saver. I looked at 7 different companies and couldn't make a decision because nobody really stood out as a better company. I saw an ION truck in my neighborhood and reached out to them to see what they offered. Their pricing was better than most of the companies I contacted and their products were the best available so they led the pack regarding the products they offered but their service was so much better and to me, that's one of the most important things. I'm happy I purchased from ION and I am super happy with my system.

We knew when we moved to Las Vegas that it'd be an ideal location to have solar installed on our home. That said, we didn't know much about it and were a bit intimidated at the thought of having to shop around. When ION showed up at our door we were eager to learn how they could help us but didn't want to commit until we received several quotes from other companies. Once we had a few quotes, it was very clear that ION stood well above other companies in every way. ION was more professional, had a better product, and had the best price. Overall, we felt well taken care of and had all our questions answered along the way. ION made it easy from start to finish. We're beyond satisfied with the value we received.

I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with ION Solar! The reps were great and kept us informed each step of the way. The installation crew even helped us patch a few shingles on our roof that got damaged in a wind storm that happened just days before installation! What's also wonderful was that we could communicate through whatever means I found more convenient for me, text, phone or email. I work 50 hours a week, so being able to send a quick text response during my breaks was really nice! Their communication and customer service step by step through the project was amazing!! I highly recommend them!!

Overall, we are extremely pleased with our Ion Solar experience. Once we settled on specifications, got necessary permits, etc., then installation was fast and smooth. Once the system was finally able to operate, we were impressed with the system production which is greatly exceeding our expectations for the size of our system. Although we had one small error (conduit painting, not the solar system itself) in the whole endeavor, Ion was very attentive to our concerns and did not waste time sending help to fix the problem. A minor inconvenience, and not detrimental to our whole Ion experience. We are happy to have done business with Ion.
