Matthew was extremely helpful however, when I purchased this service, I told them it would be a few weeks before we could hook up instead we had numerous phone calls and was told that we had to get it done within a certain timeframe because of software updates would’ve been better if I’ve been notified of this in the beginning

The on hold time was way too long. I frankly became discouraged. Thinking of this is what it takes so I have an emergency I’m in trouble. Then I realize it was not the emergency number so I’m OK. But it still was too long once I got to Bonnie, she and your dispatch team did an incredible job, helping me set up and test my equipment.
