Excellent customer service! Everyone was kind, patient, & friendly. They made it all so easy. It’s an amazing product & I’m glad we have it in our home. I know it gives my mom a feeling of security knowing if something happened to her she can contact Life Alert at the touch of a button & get help. She will be wearing the pendant so she will have availability with Life Alert at all times during the day. We also have one in the bathroom & the main station in the living room. The gps she will carry in her purse & has the security knowing they can find her anywhere in the United States. We are blessed to have this product available to us.

I’m really impressed with this device. It had a activation fee just like a cell phone which I expected, but I only paid $25 for the device. I would have paid a lot more for the device to give me a piece of mind when it comes to my grandmother. This device gives her some of her independence back and I can tell she feels safer having it on. The activation was simple, and they did a test call on the device to make sure everything was working properly. My grandmother is very hard hearing and this thing is loud. And it’s VERY simple for her to use. ONE BUTTON. that’s it.I went with the top tier plan which has 24hr access to a RN with a push of the button, but also auto fall alert. It works by knowing the users center of gravity, if they fall the device automatically contacts the company. The company then calls the device and if there is no response, they automatically send an ambulance to the address as well as contacts me. This could be a critical life-saving feature if the user was knocked unconscious, and/or bleeding from a severe head wound. It’s given me such a piece of mind, and you can’t put a price on that

Kathy was excellent at explaining the process of getting Life Alert bought, and up and working. We have not received the package from UPS yet, but it sounds like it's going to be simple, and they will be walking us through installation when it arrives. Kathy will remain as our contact for any questions, so there is more of a personal connection there than with a lot of other companies. Hopefully, knowing that we will have help available at the touch of a button will give us peace of mind. The only thing I wish was available, that isn't, is fall detection where if you fall and are not conscious, that Life Alert would be able to sense the fall. Evidently that technology is not perfected yet. But this button still offers a big layer of protection that we haven't had. I am happy we are taking this step.

After the sales call with credit card provided for equipment shipment, too many calls to confirm shipping info. A workday in a classroom. Wasn’t able to answer calls. One call with message requesting confirmation of info, would have been helpful. So many calls to confirm again, was not helpful. Testing units was easy. Dispatchers were professional and pleasant. Happy 4th and blessings to life alert! My prayers were answered on 5/30/23 when i had to call them using the button... one open heart surgery later, i find myself using a walker... but guess what? I'm alive to see the birth of my grandson. I owe it to this small little device that i am here, the doctor literally told me "If you didnt have life alert, you would not have made it to the phone", and you wouldn't of gotten to the hospital in time... After so long still working... this is crazy. Literally used the same device for both of my grandparents. Unfortunately one passed away 4 years ago... my grandma though is using my dear grandpas same device... and its now 4 years in as well... thats 8 years of use... i'll probably contact them in 1 year to switch it out ... an abundance of caution.. but geezus. Talk about value. The one time we needed them it was a 3 second pickup from the time my grandma pressed it... she wouldn't stop talking about how thankful she was about it. She doesn't talk much, but she wouldn't stop raving.

Never did i think in my life that i would see the day where i needed this kind of thing but after i fell the first time my 3 kids made me get it. Now ... i have fallen a 2nd time, and it was a serious issue as i fell down stairs. I have some issues with equilibrium at times. EMS was there very quickly im talking within had to be five minutes. Surely i cannot rave enough about the service, i'd of been crawling around unable to do anything without them. Hope to live many more years, with life alert if i ever need em again.

Life alert helped me and my family take care of both our parents. The fact that their battery doesn't die helped us immensely as we were fearful of it dying. It did not, and it even helped my mom when she fell in the shower and broke her hip. I'd say its more than worth it. Strangely enough, since her hip surgery she has felt better about being alone due to the button being available for help. Glad we have an ally with life alert.

Honestly life alert has been a godsend. My grandma has partial dementia and its escalating… with that said she has a caretaker but not 24/7. The devices by life alert protect her from almost everything and its a huge piece of mind thing for me while i sleep… without having to charge the battery its also easier.
