And so patient answering all my questions in numerous telephone conversations over a period of probably several years. I’m loving the pendant I wear around my neck. I felt that on my test it took to long for someone on the other side to answer. I could here calling the response person three times before there was a voice,40 seconds. That is almost a minute to answer. I would of like botton pushed and someone was there. When a person needs life help you have three minutes to start CPR. 40 seconds means you now have 2.20 seconds left. Also was hard to hear dispatch.

After the sales call with credit card provided for equipment shipment, too many calls to confirm shipping info. A workday in a classroom. Wasn’t able to answer calls. One call with message requesting confirmation of info, would have been helpful. So many calls to confirm again, was not helpful. Testing units was easy. Dispatchers were professional and pleasant. Rep who worked me through testing- Cassidy, was knowledgable and patient. A pleasure!

Happy 4th and blessings to life alert! My prayers were answered on 5/30/23 when i had to call them using the button... one open heart surgery later, i find myself using a walker... but guess what? I'm alive to see the birth of my grandson. After so long still working... this is crazy. Literally used the same device for both of my grandparents. Unfortunately one passed away 4 years ago... my grandma though is using my dear grandpas same device... and its now 4 years in as well... thats 8 years of use... i'll probably contact them in 1 year to switch it out ... an abundance of caution.. but geezus. Talk about value. The one time we needed them it was a 3 second pickup from the time my grandma pressed it... she wouldn't stop talking about how thankful she was about it. She doesn't talk much, but she wouldn't stop raving.

Never did i think in my life that i would see the day where i needed this kind of thing but after i fell the first time my 3 kids made me get it. Now ... i have fallen a 2nd time, and it was a serious issue as i fell down stairs. I have some issues with equilibrium at times. EMS was there very quickly im talking within had to be five minutes. Surely i cannot rave enough about the service, i'd of been crawling around unable to do anything without them. Hope to live many more years, with life alert if i ever need em again.

Life alert helped me and my family take care of both our parents. The fact that their battery doesn't die helped us immensely as we were fearful of it dying. It did not, and it even helped my mom when she fell in the shower and broke her hip. I'd say its more than worth it. Strangely enough, since her hip surgery she has felt better about being alone due to the button being available for help. Glad we have an ally with life alert.

Honestly life alert has been a godsend. My grandma has partial dementia and its escalating… with that said she has a caretaker but not 24/7.
