This gentleman checked on me every other day, not bc of the sale of Life Alert, but bc of my families well being. I am beyond myself! Especially in the days we live in now, he was so compassionate & caring. I can use many positive adjectives, but I could write a book about what a man he is. Life Alert should be THANKFUL he is an employee for you and if the world had many people like him in the world, the world would be a better place. Excellent customer service! Everyone was kind, patient, & friendly. They made it all so easy. It’s an amazing product & I’m glad we have it in our home. I know it gives my mom a feeling of security knowing if something happened to her she can contact Life Alert at the touch of a button & get help. She will be wearing the pendant so she will have availability with Life Alert at all times during the day. We also have one in the bathroom & the main station in the living room. The gps she will carry in her purse & has the security knowing they can find her anywhere in the United States. We are blessed to have this product available to us.

I’m really impressed with this device. It had a activation fee just like a cell phone which I expected, but I only paid $25 for the device. I would have paid a lot more for the device to give me a piece of mind when it comes to my grandmother. This device gives her some of her independence back and I can tell she feels safer having it on. The activation was simple, and they did a test call on the device to make sure everything was working properly. My grandmother is very hard hearing and this thing is loud. And it’s VERY simple for her to use. ONE BUTTON. that’s it.I went with the top tier plan which has 24hr access to a RN with a push of the button, but also auto fall alert. It works by knowing the users center of gravity, if they fall the device automatically contacts the company. The company then calls the device and if there is no response, they automatically send an ambulance to the address as well as contacts me. This could be a critical life-saving feature if the user was knocked unconscious, and/or bleeding from a severe head wound. It’s given me such a piece of mind, and you can’t put a price on that

Kathy was excellent at explaining the process of getting Life Alert bought, and up and working. We have not received the package from UPS yet, but it sounds like it's going to be simple, and they will be walking us through installation when it arrives. Kathy will remain as our contact for any questions, so there is more of a personal connection there than with a lot of other companies. Hopefully, knowing that we will have help available at the touch of a button will give us peace of mind. The only thing I wish was available, that isn't, is fall detection where if you fall and are not conscious, that Life Alert would be able to sense the fall. Evidently that technology is not perfected yet. But this button still offers a big layer of protection that we haven't had. I am happy we are taking this step.

The reason I'm only giving a two-star rating, it's because of a woman named Sarah. Apparently the delivery dates were not what they had told me originally. So when I called to talk to her salesman Joel, I got a woman named Sarah. If you record your calls for your business, please check into this Sarah. She was not only condescending, she was rude and very frustrating!! Everyone else in your company has been amazing!! I'd like to find out who does Sarah is that answers the phone when I'm trying to meet Joel in New York. I would like to file a formal complaint with corporate about her!!!! It's really too bad that one woman out of 15 people I've talked to brought your rating from five stars down to two!!

What a great emergency alert system for my 90 year old mom to keep her safe by wearing the necklace with the button to press for emergency and also the big red help button for when she is in the shower. All the reps who helped me throughout the entire process, from before purchase to the purchase and then the set-up were very courteous and answered all my questions. They were all ready to go when I phoned in the day we received the devices. The contract and forms had a prepaid envelope ready for pickup. The whole organization was very professional and organized. I felt that on my test it took to long for someone on the other side to answer. I could here calling the response person three times before there was a voice,40 seconds. That is almost a minute to answer. I would of like botton pushed and someone was there. When a person needs life help you have three minutes to start CPR. 40 seconds means you now have 2.20 seconds left. Also was hard to hear dispatch.

After the sales call with credit card provided for equipment shipment, too many calls to confirm shipping info. A workday in a classroom. Wasn’t able to answer calls. One call with message requesting confirmation of info, would have been helpful. So many calls to confirm again, was not helpful. Testing units was easy. Dispatchers were professional and pleasant. Rep who worked me through testing- Cassidy, was knowledgable and patient. A pleasure!

My kids helped me by getting this, and now they dont worry.
