Excellent customer service! Everyone was kind, patient, & friendly. They made it all so easy. It’s an amazing product & I’m glad we have it in our home. I know it gives my mom a feeling of security knowing if something happened to her she can contact Life Alert at the touch of a button & get help. She will be wearing the pendant so she will have availability with Life Alert at all times during the day. We also have one in the bathroom & the main station in the living room. The gps she will carry in her purse & has the security knowing they can find her anywhere in the United States. We are blessed to have this product available to us.

I’m really impressed with this device. It had a activation fee just like a cell phone which I expected, but I only paid $25 for the device. I would have paid a lot more for the device to give me a piece of mind when it comes to my grandmother. This device gives her some of her independence back and I can tell she feels safer having it on. The activation was simple, and they did a test call on the device to make sure everything was working properly. My grandmother is very hard hearing and this thing is loud. And it’s VERY simple for her to use. ONE BUTTON. that’s it.I went with the top tier plan which has 24hr access to a RN with a push of the button, but also auto fall alert. It works by knowing the users center of gravity, if they fall the device automatically contacts the company. The company then calls the device and if there is no response, they automatically send an ambulance to the address as well as contacts me. This could be a critical life-saving feature if the user was knocked unconscious, and/or bleeding from a severe head wound. It’s given me such a piece of mind, and you can’t put a price on that

Kathy was excellent at explaining the process of getting Life Alert bought, and up and working. We have not received the package from UPS yet, but it sounds like it's going to be simple, and they will be walking us through installation when it arrives. Kathy will remain as our contact for any questions, so there is more of a personal connection there than with a lot of other companies. Hopefully, knowing that we will have help available at the touch of a button will give us peace of mind. The only thing I wish was available, that isn't, is fall detection where if you fall and are not conscious, that Life Alert would be able to sense the fall. Evidently that technology is not perfected yet. But this button still offers a big layer of protection that we haven't had. I am happy we are taking this step.

The sign up was ridiculously long. No online option. It takes 3 phone calls to do. One to sign up - which is not quick. One to review everything discussed during the sign up and pay call. And a third to confirm with the shipping department. If you aren’t available for all of the 3 calls - your life alert doesn’t ship out - even if you requested $60 overnight shipping. I had to leave work to answer the call to ensure that my Mom’s life alert order would ship that day. Not good since I’m the one paying for it. Why do 3 different people need to speak & review with the customer? It is a labor intensive process for your company that if streamlined, could make you more $ and then possibly you could cut the cost to customers. I almost cancelled the whole thing and ordered her an Apple Watch with fall detection and user health info sharing - which I could order online in 2 minutes and then pick up and set it up all in the same day. Your company needs to make the process easier for the customer. This is a review of the sign up and purchase process only.

A heartfelt shot out to Life alert from the daughter of two older grandparents. This device helped them sleep at night. Unfortunately they are no longer with us. But during their life, they used the button twice, and both times, they were responded to very fast, this extended their life for 15 years (according to doctors after)... now at the ages of 96, they both are no longer with us, thanks Life alert for those extra golden years.
