OMG, let me spill the tea about Life Alert! Like, seriously, their customer service is off the charts! 🙌🏼 I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was with them. I had just moved into my new apartment and wanted to make sure I had some sort of emergency backup plan, you know? I stumbled upon Life Alert, and from the moment I reached out to them, they were on it like a pro!

I activated this about an hour ago and I am being refused to get this cancelled and refunded. Can't hear rep when doing the test in the farthest room and grandma is very weak and can't press the button. I was denied and rep was very rude..called back again and waiting for second rep to figure this out.

The reason I'm only giving a two-star rating, it's because of a woman named Sarah. Apparently the delivery dates were not what they had told me originally. So when I called to talk to her salesman Joel, I got a woman named Sarah. If you record your calls for your business, please check into this Sarah. She was not only condescending, she was rude and very frustrating!! Everyone else in your company has been amazing!! I'd like to find out who does Sarah is that answers the phone when I'm trying to meet Joel in New York. I would like to file a formal complaint with corporate about her!!!! It's really too bad that one woman out of 15 people I've talked to brought your rating from five stars down to two!!
