Hello Donald. First American apologizes for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the handling of your claim and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. According to our records, you placed a claim on July 30, 2022, for your shower making noises and not working properly. First American dispatched City Plumbing, who reported noisy pipes and no leaks or mechanical failure to the shower.

On August 9, 2022, you informed First American you were experiencing the same issue, requesting the contractor to diagnose the shower cartridge. First American re-dispatched City Plumbing who installed new cartridges in the hallway bathroom shower and the master bathroom shower, completing repairs on August 25, 2022.

First American considers this claim closed.

Hello Brenda. Our records indicate you placed a claim on April 22, 2021 for your pool salt system not working. First American dispatched an independent contractor, Atlanta Pool Solutions Inc., to diagnose the failure. The contractor reported the control board is not communicating properly with the system and not reading the salt level properly. The contractor also reported the salt cell is bad. The contractor recommended replacement of the parts. First American has since authorized the repairs and the contractor will order the parts. Once the contractor receives the parts, they will contact you directly to schedule an appointment to complete the repairs.

Please be advised, First American considers this claim pending.
