Robin, Our independent contractor is reporting that your air conditioner is not sufficiently working due to lack of routine maintenance on the coil. Once the coils are cleaned you should no longer be experiencing issues. Per the contract under Limits of Liability, Number 13, routine maintenance is not covered. Thank you.
