I requested two service at $85 a piece. Both service cost me $170 for nothing. They did not fix either issue. I requested a refund and they refused. I am very dissatisfied with this warranty company.

Filed a claim for a defected electric stove. The technician was unable to fix it. I have been offer $150 to replace a $3000 electric build in oven. Impossible to speak to somebody in USA.

Our hot water heater broke They sent two technicians, birth said they couldn't fix it for a month. How ridiculous? Don't buy this warranty. They are useless!!!!!!! NO customer service either!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Our washer has been serviced 11 times in the last year. I am currently going on 3 weeks waiting on a part, unacceptable. FAHW should not be providing service in rural areas period.

I had the misfortune of having this company as my first home warranty company after purchasing my home. They were awful. The technicians did work that lasted 30 days and the company would try to make you pay service fees for the same issue that their techs never truly fixed.

First American denied a claim for a washer because the stainless steel drum had a lifetime warranty. They said that if any part of the appliance is under warranty that the entire appliance is not covered by the home warranty.

We asked for the top of the line warranty coverage and they failed to mention one specific part of coverage That was available to their customers. When we had a problem and contacted this company it cost us an additional $1500 for coverage. Would not recommend
