Any time I have had to speak to a representative ther, the experience has always been pleasant. I spoke to Karen Acosta today to answer some question regarding an issue we were having with the online portal. She was extremely patient while I gave my long explanation of what the issue was. Afterwards, she kindly assisted me and came up with a plan for a solution. I wish all businesses would operate with the demeanor and attitude of Karen and all the people I have so far interacted with at Liberty Home Guard.
