They send out reputable concerning HVAC technician that explains answers to your questions. I made a call to Landmark the next day because I made a mistake for the call. Because of my ignorance of not allowing time for me to access my problem before the call. It was about my set points to my thermostat. I thought the technician answered my question wrong when he said, it didn’t matter how’s it set. The set points were so set that it was kicking the fan on and blowing cold air when the system was turned off. That’s why I called. I reset the set points in the thermostat everything is A Okay now. I should have not made that emergency call to Landmark the next day. I went into a Panic because I thought the technician advised me wrong. I’m truly sorry for the call. I’m totally satisfied with Landmarks Warranty policy and procedure. I’m a happy camper Thanks I hope my explanation clears up the phone called made to Landmark Warranty.

After we purchased our home, a number of things broke in rapid succession that would have cost us an uncomfortable amount of our savings, but our Landmark Home Warranty was there to help. They were responsive to our needs and their contractors and technicians were professional and knew their trades well. When lost our well pump on Christmas Eve 2018 and it became clear that their well contractors weren't going to be open for another 3 days, they let me find my own contractor and they coordinated the repair with them. Ended up getting it fixed that day. It's clear that Landmark takes customer service very seriously.

We purchased a home built in 1994 and requested a home warranty. Within the first three months of occupying our new home the thermostat stopped working, it was in the middle of winter and very cold. I contacted Landmark Home Warranty. The customer service agent's first concern was if we were okay and had a way to stay warm until they could get help on the way. I told them we had portable heaters but were still cold. Within 24 hours they had an HVAC company out to our home, they fixed the problem and had our heat back on in under an hour. The most striking thing to me was the concern for our safety and comfort that the customer service agent expressed, and though the HVAC companies were super busy due to cold weather in our area our problem was remedied faster than I thought possible. I highly recommend Landmark; number one, they care (which is unusual!) and number two they send only the best contractors. 5 stars!

The home owners that we bought the house from had it and we decided to just go with it. It was such a good service and deal that once the previous home owners' contract ran out, we paid for the service ourselves. They have been very responsive to our needs and very timely. They get people out here and take care of our needs when we need it. One of the first issues we ran into was the electrical system in our house. Apparently they had done something with the breakers to put an extra breaker for the garage or something of the sort. They sent out an electrician that fixed it and got us the power that we needed. They were basically able to undo what the previous home owners had done. They take care of my needs and the price is right.

They've done a great job and we didn't even have to spend too much time on the phone. They got the information they needed to send someone out here quickly. I also appreciated that the followed up with us. They came to help us with our furnace on an occasion. It wasn't working and we noticed since the house just started getting kind of cold all of a sudden. They were able to get someone out here fairly quickly to check it out and get it fixed. I checked and it would've costed me a lot more to do all of that myself, so paying their $60 fee just made sense. My only feedback to them would be improving in their communication since at one point Landmark and the contractor got in touch with me separately and things got overwhelming. Otherwise, it has been a good experience.

We bought our house about two years ago and the realtor had Landmark set up for us. After our time was up, we decided to just stay with them. We had some bad experiences with them in the beginning. For instance, my brand new washing machine would overflow when we first moved into the house. I think it was the pipes that were clogged, so I contacted Landmark and they sent out a plumber to run a snake and everything to try and clear it. The problem wasn't fixed though, and I was rather upset since I had just spent $75 on them. I tried to contact them to see if there was something that they could do, but I just kept going up their ladder and never really got a clear solution. In the end I just went and tried to get someone to fix it myself. I was also denied service for my pool pump because it was apparently not covered. Because of situations like this I have lost some money. Still, whenever they actually fix things they usually go above and beyond. I'm hopeful that they'll get better with time, especially since last time they did a wonderful job.

The sellers chose it for us when we bought the property. Generally, they follow up well with everything and are very professional. All I have to do is call them and tell them what appliances need to be taken care of. After that, a local technician calls me to make an appointment and they come out and fix things. They cover a lot of really good things, though there are a few that they don't really cover. I feel like they're professional and that they are good a following through with you to make sure the job is done. I haven't had anything but positive interactions with them. I only wish that we didn't have to pay the $50 copay for everything they do on top of the warranty fee.

When I first got it, the person that I spoke to was very informative and explained everything about the process to me. About a week and a half after I took the warranty, my air-conditioning needed some repairs done. They set up for a technician to come and he showed up to do the job. He was wonderful and solved the problem. I had to pay the $65 fee of course, especially after they solved my problem. Landmark followed up with me afterwards and asked me if it had gone well and if I had had a good experience. I now know how they handle situations like this, what is covered, and also the cost of the warranty. I think everything is fair.

I went with Landmark since it had the same benefits as a different company but for a lesser price. My husband is the one that has the most contact with them, but so far I have no complaints about them. Recently we had a plug and a switch in the house by the front door that was not working, so we called them to set up an appointment with an electrician. He found the problem and was able to fix the problem very quickly. He also helped us locate the reset GFCI button in the garage so we could reset the front porch pug. Landmark always sends out responsible people to do the work in our house. We're very pleased with everything.

I went with them since I was not pleased with the warranty service I had before them. They have been very prompt and I don't have to wait forever to get a hold of them. They also do a good job of lining up the service people so that they come out quickly. Recently I had them come to fix out my refrigerator and I also had a water faucet outside that I was sure they would cover. So I just called them and asked them to recommend me a plumber. He came out and did a fantastic job. The only time when I had a problem with them was when my microwave needed to be replaced. Initially they had lined up a model to replace it an everything, but something must've gotten mixed up and they gave me a cash settlement instead. It was on me to get the microwave and to schedule someone to install it. The amount they gave me for the replacement was reasonable though.

It was one of the two options that my mortgage gave me and it was the better of the two. I've used it for my AC since the blower just went out. I called them and they got someone to contact me and schedule an appointment. It all happened within a day and after they followed up with me. It was a very short turn around. They've been super helpful so far and it seems like a pretty good deal so far. The only thing is that I would like them to improve on their transfer procedure when they get you a contractor. It seems like everybody is juggling things around and they don't share information with each other. As the customer I sort of get stuck in the middle for a few days while I wait for them to figure it out.

The main reason we went with it was because it came with an offer for a re-keying service for our house. We have put the warranty to use some 3 times by now and every time they have followed up to make sure that the appointment was scheduled and the setup was done. One of those times was when we had a leak on the side of the house. I just put in a claim with them and they contacted me the next day to arrange for a plumber to come on the following day. The whole issue was resolved in just 2 days. At first we were worried that they would give us a hard time to get our claims, but that hasn't been the case.

They always have someone that can come out to fix what needs to be fixed. They are also very prompt. I used my warranty to fix my washing machine and they just came, diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed. That's about the only time that I have needed to use it, but it does seem like they are there if I ever need anything. Their website is easy to use and it's easy to get through the automated phone system that they have, even if sometimes I'm not really talking to a human. It is a lot of money to have peace of mind in case something breaks, so it's a bit odd. I'm hoping I won't need it much, but that might mean not really taking advantage of it.

I bought my home in May 2016 and the people that lived there had the warranty, and since it seemed like it worked for them I got it too. I only ever called them once when my garbage disposal broke down. It took a while to get everything organized because they were 30 or 40 miles away from where I lived, but it worked out fine. My garbage disposal was up and running. The man who did the repair was a nice gentleman and I appreciated it. It seems like they will only cover my garbage disposal once, but that's alright since I never use it for anything else. The people there took care of everything and did it professionally. If I ever need help I can just give them a call, I cannot ask for anything better than that.

Every claim I've had with them has been really easy to process and everything is super transparent. On a Saturday I noticed that my air-conditioner wasn't working, so I put in a claim on Saturday night and on Sunday the technician was out there fixing it. He did the diagnosis and fixing in less than 24 hours. It works as advertised and I got exactly what I expected. There weren't any hidden costs and when I called customer service they walked me through what's covered and what's not covered in my contract. I know what I'm paying for and overall it has been a good experience. I'm glad that I have it because otherwise the cost for paying for repairs would be astronomical.

They have been very friendly so far. We had an issue with our water heater, it was leaking from the bottom, so we contacted Landmark. They were able to get in contact with All State Plumbing so that they could do the fixing. Landmark called me to let me know how the setup would be, and how much the cost out of pocket would be. By the very next day All State was there and took care of it. They were very good at following through and kept checking in on it to make sure that the work was completed. I was a bit frustrated because there were a lot of things for the heater that weren't covered but we went over the coverage plan with them and it made sense why they couldn't cover somethings or others. I think that they often get a bad rep because of that, but I think that if they saw what they signed up for they would realize it's not that bad. They go above and beyond and give exceptional service. They are really nice and they sounded like they genuinely wanted to talk to me.

I had my real estate license for a while, and I had set the service up other times, so when it came to buying my own home I chose Landmark. There's really not enough time for me to try and tell you all the good things about it, but it's just been pleasant. Everybody works hard and diligently to answer our every question and fulfill all our needs. I've called them a couple of times, one was for the water softener, another time for the refrigerator, and also for the furnace and it has been excellent every time. The workmanship has been fantastic. If you're looking for a home warranty, you couldn't find anyone better. Their staff, their workmanship, honesty, and integrity are all great.

The service has been very professional. The people are easy to understand and talk to and they manage to be both professional and compassionate for the homeowner. One of our experiences was with a toilet that was not working properly, so we called Landmark. They sent out a company to look at the problem and repair it. That company was also very professional and caring of their environment. They put on garments to protect our home and the carpets. They communicated the situation to Landmark and we spoke with them until the situation was fixed and followed up afterwards. They are very professional and caring.

I had some issues once contacting them through their website, so I decided to call them. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was surprised! I never thought that they would be open on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to register my call and got in touch with the vendor on Monday and they came out and fixed it. Another time, my swimming pool's filter, the handle, and a stand broke out of the blue. I had all my swimming pool equipment covered with Landmark so fixing it was pretty straightforward. They made sure it was covered and very promptly gave a call to a local vendor who came out to my house. I think that they do a fantastic job in terms of following up with you and they also have a great website. They can look over your problem and very quickly tell you what's covered and what's not. After that you just have to call and they'll follow up with you.

They're phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal. Whether through the internet or through the phone, they're fast. If you put in a claim online, they'll call you back within minutes and help you get things settled. I've had to wait from nothing to a few minutes until they get things worked out. Once my pool pump broke, so they sent someone out within 3 hours. They fixed the seal and pump and kept my pool running. With my air-conditioning unit downstairs also went out. I called them and by 12:45 at noon I received a text message from the repair person. He was there within an hour and by 2 o'clock my house was cool again.

Customer Support has been fantastic, in fact that's one of the reasons I decided to stay with Landmark. It was nice to talk to somebody that was in the state, knew the area, and could help us. When I spoke with them, they were all on-track, very knowledgeable, courteous and open to service requests. They get things done, assign the contractor, and get the process going right away, and that's exactly what you need, to get things fixed right away. The latest service call we made was probably a month and a half ago. It was about our 9 year old washing machine. It jammed, they opened a service request, and sent a technician out as soon as they could. Since it was a weekend, they sent someone first thing on Tuesday morning and they got here right away and did an evaluation. It turned out that the main bearing had gone out, which was pretty catastrophic. It ended up being a price of around 12 hundred dollars to repair, so we called Landmark after we submitted the response and they answered on the same day. We settled for a buy out for $575, which was enough to buy a brand new washing machine of comparable quality. I was very happy with it. It took about a week from the moment it happen till the following Sunday when the machine was delivered. We have had some 7 experiences and they've all been favorable. They've met and exceeded my expectations.

I love it, it has been great and I have no regrets. I've used it about 4 times since I've been in this home. The first time I used them it took them less than 12 hours for them to send someone out here, which was impressive. Later my refrigerator went and the appliance guy said it would cost more to repair it than to get a new appliance. I was very impressed with the way they handled that. They didn't question it, they didn't make any fuss or anything to send me a check to replace the refrigerator. Another time my air conditioner went out and it was a hundred degrees outside. I called Landmark and they called an air conditioner guy who didn't call me back for 5 hours or so. I called them again and they just recommended someone else who was there the next morning. They want the customer to be taken care of, to make sure that things are done right and I appreciate that. It's really impressive.

It's been great, whenever I needed the air conditioner to be fixed, the furnace to be serviced, or something to be tuned up, they've always got right back with me. They call me, get things on schedule, and check back to make sure that everything goes well with every visit. They're just a very good company. One time, my washing machine wasn't draining, so I called them. I got somebody out here right that day, and Landmark called me the day after to make sure it had all been fixed. I've been nothing but pleased with them, so that's why I keep renewing my contract with them. I would recommend them to anybody, they've always been very pleasant and prompt.

They are the best company out here as far as I can tell and I'm really satisfied with their customer service. The first time I ever used it was with my refrigerator. When the ice maker stopped working, I called them and they got the service man to come out the very next day. He came a little earlier than he said he would, looked at it, and told me he needed to order a part for it. He was back in 3 days and completed the job. A different time, my disposal went out and they got me a plumber. He came and it just took him half an hour to change the disposal system. Later they call me to double check and make sure everything was ok. They always check in on me, either through phone, text, or email, to make sure that everything is fine.

I've had a really amazing experience. It originally came with the purchase of my house and I called them for a few problems. They've sent people to service my appliances, furnace, garage door, dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and they also helped me with some shelves. They've done a really efficient and thorough job fixing everything. The people that they send to do the work are very accommodating, sociable, and nice. When my dishwasher started to fill up with water, I called them and turned off the dishwasher while I waited. The appliance man was out the next day to fix it, which was very unusual compared to other services. They're very reputable, honest, and their goal is to satisfy customers and do a good job. My only problem with them is that to get through to a person on the phone you have to wait maybe 10-15 minutes on the line. Aside from that, they've done such a good job that I decided to extend my contract with them.

The customer support is really good. I can contact them through the phone or online and they're pretty responsive regardless. I paid extra for the pool support system. The motor of the filter broke once and I just took a picture of the model number, emailed them with it, and submitted a ticket. They sent me an email with the contractor info, so I got in touch with them and they were out here within 2-3 business days. It was all done in 3 days. Anytime I had an issue with a contractor, I would just email Landmark to let them know and they'd look for somebody else. This is my third year with them and I'm very happy.

I use the warranty every yea. It's part of my air-conditioner tune up, and they've done well with taking their contractors that come out. I've also have appliances fixed and I have not had any issue with any of their contractors that they've chosen. I think what makes them even more reasonable is that their pricing is good. It's gone up a little bit over the years, but they've tried to cover more things. For example, they cover, at least, a portion of A/C Freon, and other big appliances that other companies don't cover. Plus, I live in a rural area, and it's really hard to find a contractor that will drive up to my home, but Landmark gets one over.

Customer support is very good; every time I've had to file a claim they submit the claim information immediately. When my AC went out in the middle of the summer here in Texas, which was no fun, they immediately found someone and got me taken care of ASAP. When my unit had to be replaced they didn't gave me a hard time about it, they just work really fast to get my problems resolved. I chose them because at the time, their contract looked like it covered everything that I needed, and I like the annual premium calls. It was affordable. Now I am switching from them because they've redone the contract and the calls now just don't compete with other companies, I hate to move but because they changed the warranty and their pricing has gone up, I'm gonna have to switch.

It was recommended by my realtor when I bought my house. The service representatives have always been great. They've always been really good technicians who come to fix what I've needed. I had my microwave fixed, I've had a hard time getting a hold of them, but I was able speak to a Landmark representative. She was very helpful in getting me somebody to help. It took a long to get that fixed, but the technicians that they sent came and did a very good job. They also sent a very good guy to fix my AC. They had some wire that was crossed when they built the house, and he had to fix that, and then he had to order a part, and he came back and fixed that too. So I've had no problems with them. They were very helpful. I haven't had any problems. When I had to have problems addressed, they took care of it right away.

It was my first house that I had bought by myself, and someone else purchased the warranty as a gift. Customer support is great. They have always responded within a few minutes of my calling. Everytime I've call it's been something a little urgent, and I'd have it resolved within the day. They are very reputable, they keep their word, and they're very customer-oriented. I really enjoy working with them, and they follow up, so that's really important. They follow up to make sure that you're happy. When I was renovating my house and the hot water heater was not operational, and I knew that it had been operational when I purchased the house, they sent the plumbing company out and the man could not resolve the problem. I called and complained, and they sent someone else out right away, who was more familiar with that model and who fixed it. I actually had called someone else, too, and they credited me for the cost, so that was very, very good.They were not stingy about sending another plumber out when the first one didn't work out.

I found out about them through the management company I was working for, and one of their salesmen who visited us regularly and did what a good salesman does. They are there to answer my questions quickly and to get someone dispatched out for me as soon as possible. I had inherited an air-conditioning maintenance contract from a previous owner, so I was using the company that they had a contract with, who lied and told me that my compressor was leaking or something, and that it would cost me $1,500 because that part wasn't covered. I called Landmark Warranty, and they sent out a company called Coolzone, who went out and rechecked the unit and said there was nothing wrong with it! The readings the previous company put down were fraudulent. They photographed the gauges and wrote it all up for me. The two people that I worked with that have been out have been really knowledgeable and experienced, and I trust that what they tell me is accurate.

We've actually used our warranty a few times for re-keying our house and for air-conditioning and furnace tune-ups. They always send someone out that does great quality workmanship. They're always licensed and insured, the work has been wonderful, really prompt, very professional, and then Landmark always follows up to make sure that we're completely satisfied afterward. They're always really responsive and helpful whenever I have to call, and we've been really pleased with their service. We had one claim that ended up needing an extra service part, and they actually got it all done in the same day, in the same service call. Everything got done within a few hours. It was wonderful, and we are super pleased that our realtor had recommended them to us originally.

We have had problems with the HVAC systems, and they were able to get someone scheduled to come out very quickly. The service was excellent! Their feedback, and making sure the job was done, was excellent. On top of that, they offer an excellent customer support. They're very polite, attentive, and do a good job following up with you. You can also get a hold of them through their web portal, or by the phone. Their experience seems to be superior to what I would have expected as far as the convenience of using it. They offer a number of different pricing plans, and give you plenty of notice when your warranties going to expire. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Every time I call, they answer really fast! Their customer service does not put on you hold too long, and everybody is fun! They always want to help in any possible way. Plus, their service is pretty fast. My heater went out during winter, so I called at around 2 a.m., and they were able to get someone out here within a couple of hours! I would say they want to please their customer, and make sure you're happy, because they dispatched a company to fix my A/C once. When I told them I wasn't satisfied with them, because that company didn't respond very quickly, they sent another company right away. Within an hour, somebody was out here fixing my A/C!

My air conditioning system stopped working and Landmark was quick to respond and honor my claim with a new system. They have been very helpful with any questions in regards to what is covered in the warranty. My only concern is that the product that I received (Goodman brand) has had mechanical issues from day one. I have been lucky to have a trusted technician who has come and fixed the issues without charging me a service fee. I'm hoping that the problems have been resolved and that I won't have any more trouble with the replacement.

I have had to call Landmark twice, after years of not having any problems. They had a service rep here within two days when other people want for a week or more. My dishwasher needed circuit boards and they were able to get them within a week and fixed my dishwasher. Circuit boards are hard to get because of Covid. I give them all the stars in the sky.

Because the first time I needed them it was on a Saturday at noon when my heater suddenly stopped working, and having a baby and a 5 year old girl in the house, having the heater working was a priority. So I call them and they created a service ticket and said that someone would be getting in touch with us in 4 hours. What they didn't say is that the company they contacted was closed already for the weekend and they would be opening back on Monday morning. Long story short, when I found this out I cancelled my service call and I booked another company that WAS opened on Saturdays. I had to pay that out of pocket of course, it costs me $89 for a 30' easy visit.

I actually had a claim 2 weeks after I purchased the contract. My water heater broke. They sent out experts and replaced my water heater with a new and better one.then, in less than a year, I had problems with my air conditioner. Forgot I had the warranty and called someone else who said the repair job would be VERY expensive. Remembered the warrant and called Landmark. They notnonlynfixed my air conditioner, they called in an electrician to completely replace the junction box from the A/C into my house. It all cost me nothing. I'm very happy with them.

Working with Sean M to get my claims addressed and fixed was a great process. The initial contractor, Drain surgeons, that showed up to perform the service acted shady and unreliable, causing more headache on top of my plumbing issues. They gave the wrong info to Landmark and wanted to bill me for the job (which cost a ton more) but I reached out to Landmark and Sean got everything sorted out and they paid for the job to be done right. Abbott plumbing fixed all my issues and were amazing to work with.

These guys are on the ball. They respond quickly. I don't get rejected on my claims like some insurances do. They emailed a copy of my contract to me, so it is very clear what they do and don't cover, which adds to my claims not being rejected. They're also very polite. If one contractor doesn't work, they immediately send out a different one to fix my issues.

I've had several service calls and repairs this year - garbage disposal, water pipe leak, pool filter, and garage door sensors. 3/4 were fantastic! The pool filter repair was not a great experience because the repair person they sent barely looked at the filter before deciding the problem was related to a non-covered item (I didn't know at the time, but there was no way he could have known that from his limited visual inspection because the broken part was under hundreds of pounds of sand.) I ended up paying a different contractor out of pocket and the filter was totally busted and should have been covered if the first guy had done his job correctly. But he was more interested in collecting his $65 and getting out of there as fast as possible. I can't really blame Landmark other than they contract with a shady pool repair guy. Otherwise, all the other contractors have been excellent.

We've used Landmark Home Warranty for four years now on two properties. One is quite rural, and it is more difficult to find service, but they've made the effort to really help us out. The reason I gave them 4 stars is every year the new contract goes up about $7-$9, so it's getting expensive. But we have the full coverage with septic and AC on one house and septic, well, and AC on the other. They are always helpful when I make phone calls. Because of the higher cost, we will be looking at other home warranties so we can be sure we are getting the right bang for the dollar, although we really do like their service.
