I chose it for my mom since she's on the real estate and property management business. They are really responsive, get everybody out here as quick as possible, and they resolve our issues without any problems. We've had them work on my mom's refrigerator when the ice maker stopped working and on the garage door opener. The people they brought up did an excellent job on the repair job and did it quickly.

My biggest complain with them is the delay they have between contacting them, getting someone assigned, and getting that person out here to actually do the job. There was an occasion when something went wrong with the breaker box and we had a power outage on our home. We called them to try and get emergency service, but we had to wait for them to actually contact the electrician and go through their whole process. We ended up having to pay for someone else to come and fix it temporarily until Landmark could get their person to come and fix it permanently. We also used it for a water heater that was leaking, but since it wasn't so bad the delay was fine in that occasion.

When my refrigerator was not operating 100% I contacted the warranty company. They sent someone out and followed up with us through emails. After the appointment they contacted us once again to make sure it had all gone well and that I was satisfied with the service. It is great and it's probably something that we'll purchase again next year just to keep the warranty going. They have been very responsive and polite.

When I call they can give me the right contact information so that someone can come out and resolve my problem. It's usually done within a couple of days. We had a plumbing issue where I would hear a rattling noise coming from my pipe and I was nervous about it. They were able to send someone out who checked it and fixed the problem in the same day. The warranty itself covers a good amount of things and, while it's not really cost effective, they always have someone that can come out and do the repairs we need.

The seller had bought the service when we bought our house. The only claim I've ever had was with our toilet. It wouldn't flush or fill, so we called them and they sent a plumber here. He came the day after I put in the claim and got it fixed in 10 minutes. All he had to do was put some new parts in the toilet tank. It was pretty good, all I had to pay was the $65 charge and I think I got a faster service than if I had tried to get someone myself.

I went with them since I liked their coverage options. They have been responsive and I like their follow up. All I gotta do when I need to get something fixed is to put a request online and they send me the number for the contractor. We make an appointment and they just come out and fix my problem. So far I haven't had an instance where they were unable to help us. It has worked out well so far for us.

The couple of times that I've had to call them they have been very responsive. We've used their service to re-key some locks and also for some plumbing issues we were having. On both occasions they scheduled it for us, their people showed up when they were supposed to, and they did their work. The warranty is fairly comprehensive for the money that was paid for it and we have been able to take advantage of it for our needs. It also gives us some peace of mind.

The only time I've dealt with them was when my AC was not working. This happened before I moved into the house and they were helpful and very respectful. They had someone there to take care of the problem the very next day. The only thing is that when I bought my warranty I didn't realize that some of the things I needed covered were not. Though that was my error.

The real estate agent bought the warranty for us when we got our new house. We've only had to call the once for a furnace check up since we wanted to make sure we had it ready for the winter time. I got an email from them with that offer so I decided to give them a call to get an appointment. It's the only interaction we've had so far and it was very good. The warranty is pretty comprehensive and I think it'll most likely cover the major things that we might need in the future.

When I bought the house the warranty was already in place, I just renewed it this year. They are very responsive and call us back to make sure that everything is done right. I used the warranty several times for the air conditioning and they've sent someone out here right away. I also needed them for our septic tank one time but on that occasion they couldn't find anybody that could do it. I also wasn't able to find someone myself so I just dropped it. That's about the only bad experience I've ever had with them.

They have been very friendly and helpful, and they have great suggestions. I appreciate their customer service. I just had a pre-season tune up on my heater and found out that it doesn't work at all. So, tomorrow, I'm having a technician come and replace it. They have been extremely helpful and actually sent me a fabulous company to do the work for me. Everything has been good, they handle things really well, and they have good companies that come out to do the service. I was so happy with them that I renewed my service.

The customer service is good. I had calls with them and everything went excellent. The only thing that wasn't that good was the plumbing company that they sent. Those tech said that they didn't have the camera to replace it, and that it would be 40 bucks to get that part. I don't know why a plumbing company in Utah wouldn't have that, but that was that.

They have attended our needs whenever we call them and they are always on top of the work that needs to be done. One time we had our dryer go out and that it would cost a lot more to repair it than what was worth. So they helped with that. They also don't cover certain things on the spa, but they still help us with troubleshooting with the company that comes out to fix problems. They are very fair with their repairs and always come out on time to fix things very quickly. They've come out and helped fix our air conditioner fairly quickly too. They do good follow up to and make sure that you get good results.

They've given us some excellent service. They are very prompt, respond immediately, and they deal with the problems right away. We've used it several times, and just recently my garbage disposal died on me. They sent somebody out that came very quickly and within 30 or less minutes we had a new one installed and ready to go. I think that they're extremely friendly too, and very concerned about their customers. I mean, you have a warranty with them and they honor it and do everything they can to live by what they advertise. They do what they say they're going to do.

I switched to Landmark because of a couple of reasons. I had a bad experience with another home warranty company, so I did my work and looked at the business bureau reviews. Everything that Landmark offered to cover looked great, so I went with them. I've used them twice, and the only problem I've had with Landmark so far happened on the first time. My refrigerator's water line was leaking, so they sent out some guy, I paid my money, and the guy just goes 'oh, I don't work with plastic lines.' He didn't want to come, so I went to their customer service to try and get my $67 back. They said I couldn't get it back because the guy had come out. I just told them I didn't want to receive that man to come back to my house again. When we got a plumber to come for a different problem, that went fine.

They have been very responsive any time we had any issues with the house. They are quick to respond and follow up with you to make sure that you get the best service and everything is done correctly. They do that by phone and email. One example of that was with our shower in the second bathroom. It was leaking, so we called Landmark and they sent a repair person out. Within a day of us calling them, everything had been resolved and they got in touch with us to make sure all issues were fixed.

So far so good. They always respond to me if I call or leave a message, and they always try to get back to me within the same day. They do the same thing with their emails and I never have a problem in getting a hold of him. Once the air-conditioner was not working and they called for a contractor to come out. It didn't take long for that to get processed and fixed. There was also a leak in my kitchen this past week and I had someone come out and take a look at it. They are always doing a good job when it comes to taking care of our needs.

It used to be very slow and there was a long wait time, but in the past few months it has been much better and faster. The website is still broken though, I haven't been able to submit a claim online. I had one experience, the most recent one, when our fridge broke. I was able to call Landmark and in less than 5 minutes I got someone on the phone. They opened the claim and had somebody scheduled to come out and repair it. My problem was taken care of and it was fantastic. However, earlier this summer my air conditioner broke upstairs when it was 115 degrees outside. They wouldn't authorized an emergency service to get a provider out here. It was a nonsense policy because it stays 100 degrees 24 hours a day in this area. I hope they change that policy because a lot of people I the Southwest live in very hot climates and going 3 days without air conditioner is very uncomfortable. Aside from that, there's also a limit on the pool stuff that they cover. It is in the contract, but I still have lots of problems with the pool and I'm afraid I might use up all of the claims that I have available for that. When it comes to fixing things like the heater, fridge, or dryer, they've been very reasonable and fixed the problem with a good provider. I have actually renewed the warranty because I've had a mostly positive experience.

They've been great and have helped us get things done. We've had to make a couple of different claims in a year and they've been really good at helping us when we call. For instance, we had a garage door not working well in our home. We had to call them to get an appointment set up for someone to look at it and fix it. They have been very consistent with everything and gone through with most repairs and problems. We had a time about a month and a half ago where we had a leak in the shower. We got in contact with the home warranty company and they just took my info. I got a callback a couple of days later and the guy came out and checked what the issue was and fixed it. They guys come and take care of the problems and show up when they say they would, often on the same day.

Every time I called or got a ticket dispatch it was done right and right away. I never have to wait more than literally a day to get someone. I've called to have my AC serviced, so I just went ahead and called as I normally do and it was taken care of in the same day. I called in the morning and the tech was there in the afternoon. It has been a good experience, and I'm happy even though I just moved into a new home. It's quick service, friendly staff, and they're very knowledgeable.

I've interacted with them only twice. In general it's okay. One of those times I filed a claim for my refrigerator because it was not working. I was able to file a claim even though I called them during their non-business hours at around 10 o'clock. The associate scheduled a call with the contractor, but they took a long time to fix my refrigerator. There was a lack of coordination between the contractor and Landmark, especially because of the warranty, so they've been just sitting there. When I asked the contractor he said that the parts had been ordered by Landmark and that they had no control over it. However, when I reached out to Landmark, they said we had to call the contractor.

Customer support has been good. There were times I called them or went through their online portal and they've always been very responsive and friendly. One of the times I used the service was when I noticed a leak in the back of my garage. I decided to call Landmark and use my warranty, and they sent someone to look at it. The person determine it was a drainer pen issue, and that it needed to be replaced. Since that wasn't covered by the warranty I just had it fixed. I was still concerned about it because there was still water coming down, so I reached back to them and they sent the contractor again. He just said that there was some remaining water in there, but the leak had been fixed, but they reassured me the problem was solved. Landmark was very good about making sure that someone came out to get that fixed. An area of improvement I'd like to suggest though is the clarity of the warranty. It was never clear to me what was covered and what wasn't and to be honest I would love them to be a bit more clear about that. I'd wish it was somewhere on the portal. Other than that, my interactions with the company have been positive.

I've had 2 issues since I started with them. One was the toilet, which wasn't flushing properly. I called them to fix it and eventually they had to replace the whole toilet. The other issue I had was with my electric bill, which starting coming back really high for some reason. I called them to see if there was short circuit, a loose connection, or something that would be causing that. A man came to fix it, and now I'm waiting on next month's bill to check if it was solved. Every time I call them they have been very quick to respond. Not only that but they are also good at following up and checking on the progress or status of the issue. All our experiences have been good. They really care about their customers and I really love that.

I've ended up using the service twice. Once with the garage door opener because of the springs failed. The second time was when our AC unit went out. With that incident, we called them to find out what it was . They sent the technician out and they fixed it. Both experiences were very pleasant. I've only used the service only once but it went pretty much flawlessly. The pressure of the shower in the master bathroom wasn't good so I contacted them. I did everything online, so I didn't have to talk to anybody, and I got what I needed. They contacted the plumber who then called me. He came out and fixed it. The only downside is that they send a ton of emails for all kinds of different stuff.

My experience has been great. Towards the end of my first year with them, the water heater started to leak. I called home warranty and they contacted the plumber. I just took a picture of the leaks coming out of the side and the plumber came over right away with a new water heater. All I had to do was pay the deductible and it was all done within the same day. They're very friendly and we've had no complaints or major issues. The only thing I wish is that Landmark would give you a wider variety of contractors. We had a garage door go out on us on a Saturday, and they said they would get somebody on Tuesday because they didn't have a contractor that worked on the weekends. I know there are several contractors available in the area, even on weekends, because I've had some people come out in the past to do repairs. There's a bit of a lag in that. I also had to wait 4 days to get my air-conditioner fixed when it went out. Overall though, they've saved us some money and the service is good.

They've been pretty awesome actually. I called them once after we moved in because we had issues with the light switches and a tub that wasn't working. I called the warranty and they were great in providing immediate service. They got me connected with an electrician and a plumber who came out to fix it. Actually, I think that the electrician never never came or contacted me. When Landmark followed up with me, I told them about that. They connected me with a different electrician who took care of the problem. They've been great and very helpful.

They have been pretty good at responding quickly and getting somebody to get back to us. There have been a couple of times when we had our washing machine break. It was uncomfortable to be without it for a couple of days. They were pretty quick in getting somebody out here with the part needed to fix it though. The same thing happened with our garbage disposal, it was leaking and just not working. We called somebody out to get that done, and it was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time, very quickly. One of the bigger things they had to fix was my air-conditioning unit. When it went out, they came out and tried to fix it a couple of times. Since it was the summer time, it was uncomfortable. In the end, they decided to replace the whole unit. They got that done and I appreciated that. They didn't give up on us or stopped. That was pretty good and I appreciated it.

For the most part, when I call they answer and normally they contact the service provider fairly quickly, though there is a little bit of miscommunication sometimes. One time, our air-conditioner went out, so I called them and a service guy was scheduled to come over. Everything works fine now. My only complain, which is probably not unique to Landmark, is that it's hard to find out what things are and aren't covered. For example, I had water on my cooler and they said that since it was a leak from the roof or from the foundation, that was not covered by the warranty. It'd be useful if they put their plans somewhere online to be aware of those things.

I had a good experience with them and then I had a second experience where it was just a little difficult to get a hold of somebody. I know it's all the rage in 2017 but you get on a telephone loop where you go around and around and around and you just don't get anybody on the phone. My realtor got me the phone to get directly on touch with the higher OP, but in general it was not very helpful. On both occasions it was the same problem actually. I'm in Arizona, and I have a circulating pump as an effort to save water. I tried to use the hot water that day and I couldn't get any. They came out and corrected the problem. The second time I called them was because the bathroom's sink started t leak because the brass belt had cracked all by itself. They immediately replaced it and now we're just crossing our fingers hoping that no other broken parts appear.

I like it. We have a claim being fixed today, a leak in the bathroom that extended to the floors and stuff, so we're getting it fixed in an hour or so tonight. The shaft bell, the one that goes down in the tank of the toilet, somehow caused a leak that almost destroyed our vanity. We've also have dry wall, so the moisture got underneath the floors. The service works.

The warranty came with the house we bought, we liked it so much that we just kept renewing it. Last year we had a refrigerator break and they sent a repairman who came twice. He couldn't fix it, so Landmark gave us a check to buy a new one. More recently I had a leak in my hot water heater and I called them up. They sent somebody out who said it wasn't repairable, but ended up replacing it within a week.

They're pretty prompt in getting back to you, which is awesome. Sometimes it can take a little bit longer if you get a contractor that's a smaller company. But that's not the end of the world. Over the last couple of years, every time I have a service request the contractors call you right away, within 24 or 48 hours. That's really impressive and it has been great for us. The most recent issue we had was our AC, so he had them come to check it out and they just replaced the part. They also gave us a bit of information on just how the system works, which is really great. The only thing we were charged was the 60 dollar service fee, so it was basically free. I think they're a pretty great company.

My customer service representative checked in with me, she was pretty awesome. Whenever I filed a claim she sent me back emails immediately to tell me that someone had been dispatched. She also checked in with me to make sure that the contractor had been out to my place. I used the warranty for my HVAC system once. They didn't have a provider in my area, so they told me to use whoever I preferred. I called a guy that I knew would do a good job and afterwards Landmark reimbursed me. I'm a real state agent and I know they're taking good care of my clients as well. My only complain is that they forgot to bill me for several of my home warranties and ended up billing me for everything later.

They make paperwork easy and get the job done very quickly. I had problems with the swimming pool, the vacuum system and filter were broken I think. The first time I called them, the company they tried to hook us up with had terrible, terrible ratings. The second company they referred us to also had terrible ratings. I talked to them afterwards to ask them not to hook me up with vendors that have terrible ratings. In the end they gave me the name of another company, I checked them out while I was on the phone with them, and they were good. I feel that they need to be more careful about who they send out to do the work. I wish they would take the initiative with that. I've used them several times after that though, and they are very prompt . On a different occasion we had a plugged drain in the kitchen, as well as a plugged drain line through the air-conditioner. We called them and they had someone out the following morning. Every time I call in to make a claim, they get me an appointment with the proper vendor very quickly.

they've always treated me fairly, and were very professional. They contacted the appropriate people to come out and fix the problem. If something wasn't quite right with the technician or the job itself, Landmark's customer support was more than willing to step up and correct the problem. They just treat their customer well, and overall, I think They're a good company. They do what they say They're going to do.

The website is user friendly, so it's easy to go online and request a service. Also, customer support has always been fast to respond, and they've offered a friendly service. I was very impressed when they came to fix our plumbing leakage. They discovered that the pipes weren't built properly, and that it was going to be a bigger job than expected, so they called Landmark to see if it was covered. Thankfully, it was, and I'm glad that it wouldn't fall back on me.
