After looking at different home warranty companies, it seemed like Landmark had the best deal for the dollar. Usually, they've been quick to respond. They call within 24 hours of filing a claim, so they've done a pretty good job about sending out contractors in a timely manner. We live in Texas, and we were on vacation out of the country when our A/C went out. My sister and mother-in-law stayed at home, so we called Landmark right away. They immediately took care of things, and had a technician over the same day. It's kind of nice not having to worry about that because everything was done in a quickly manner, and I was still able to enjoy my vacation!

We wanted to schedule some test services, so I reached out to them and told them what I wanted to do, and I they found the nearest company for us. That company then reached out to us, we didn't have to call them to schedule anything. Landmark has just really great about communicating with us throughout the whole process. They even call afterwards to make sure that everything went really well, so I'm satisfied with their customer support.

It was chosen for us, we didn't have an option. They've been mostly wonderful; the only problem I have had was getting ahold of a claims agent to help fulfill a request, and that's only happened once out of the the 4 or 5 times we've had to contact them. Overall they are able to provide, in getting our house problems fixed. On the day that we closed escrow for our home, our water heater turned into a lake in our garage. We were able to get ahold of Landmark, and they had somebody trying to contact us within a few hours after we made the claim, and the guy came out. He was very professional, he fixed it, and we haven't had any problems with it.

It was the warranty that the seller of my home chose when they bought it. I didn't chose them. I've put in a request for technicians to come out with a couple of things; they responded quickly and I haven't had a hassle. Our oven control panel was broken, so the oven wasn't working properly. I asked to have them send the tech out. The tech came out, they looked at it, said they would get a replacement part if possible, or otherwise they'll replace the oven. They couldn't get a replacement control panel, so Landmark paid for a new oven. I've been really happy with it.

I am happy with everything that has been done. I've had 3 different issues, and I called them all up at the same time, so the technician came over. I was only charged once, which was $50 I believe, and he was able to get the parts I needed. I would actually consider renewing my contract with Landmark Home Warranty in September. Although I will check other companies, I've been pleased with them, so that's a good thing.

Usually, as soon as I put in a claim online, or as I call, I'll get a call from our contractors within 12 hours. No more than a half a day. I've used my warranty when my refrigerator went out, and since it couldn't be fixed, Landmark paid out the max amount that they could for my fridge, and I was able to get a fridge right away. Their customer service representatives have always helped me get in contact with the contractors. Also, they've been very responsive and quick. The best thing I like about Landmark is the responsiveness.

It satisfied all of our needs in regard to what coverage is offered, and we had some good feedback from other people that have used Landmark before, so we decided to go with them. They've been super helpful in making sure that everything is complete in the service call. Plus, they're super responsive, and haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be able to speak to somebody. It's a very reliable service; very good.

They helped me, answered all of my questions that I had, and made it a very easy process. My water heater and A/C broke, and they had someone come out within a week or two, depending on the company they hired. It all worked out very easily. They are just so positive!

My experiences with their customer support has been pretty simple and short. When we call, we tell them what the problem is, and everything is followed up with right away. They make sure everything is taken care of. I've use it twice so far, and the both issues were resolved within 3 days. Overall, it's the exact opposite of the previous company we had, and a we're just happy with them.

It's a good company that I have actually recommended to another person. They provided me whatever I needed, and I'm satisfied. My experience with customer support was pretty good. They answered the phone and they did a good job. Everything was pretty good because when I call, whoever is in charge there answers the phone, and they send me with the person that's gonna be in charge on the job that they're gonna do, so pretty good on that.

I filed a claim online, and they call me within an hour or so, and had somebody repair whatever needed to be repaired, so it's been pretty flawless. My first home warranty company messed up my home, but this isn't the case with Landmark, so I've been happy.

To be honest, I've always been skeptical of home warranty companies, mostly because of things I've heard and read about. However, Landmark has been a pleasant surprise. I had problems with my air conditioner, and I went through the normal process of having somebody come out. It turns out it was a die compressor that was not working, and Landmark paid for the entire air conditioner to be replaced.

We've had good experiences, we haven't had any problems; everyone is really nice. The only thing is that they're not very good with entering the information in their computer, so if I talk to someone, you have to send your house inspection even though it had already been sent before, but that was the only thing. I do like that they follow up to see if everything was taken care of, and they also text, either to let you know or to remind you that someone's coming out, and also to make sure that everything was okay, or if you want to take like a little brief survey, you can, and let them know. We actually have used our warranty quite a few times. We thought our AC was going out, they came out and fixed that, I had pest control come out, and for the pump in our pool; the motor went out so they replaced that, too. Honestly we chose them because they had that option where you could add your pool to the warranty.

Customer support always has been really positive, they get everything always taken care of fast, and I feel like I got more than I paid for. They were recommended by our realtor, and right after we bought the house, the fridge went out and they sent somebody here. They repaired the fridge and then they left, but they sent somebody back out the next day because it needed a compressor. They replaced the compressor and our fridge repair was done really quick so everything's been positive. I would recommend to anybody to buy a house with that kind of warranty.

It came included when we bought our house, it was what the agent gave us. Both times we needed them, they were very quick to get the help to us. The first time it was the electrical panel; our lights were flashing on and off, and they came out. Turns out we had a bad electrical panel, and they fixed that. Then our air conditioning wasn't working, and we had to have them come out for that, and it was fixed.

Their customer service is nothing but wonderful. They're very easy to do business with, and they were very prompt. Just about 3 or 4 weeks ago, our air conditioner stopped cooling, so we called on a Monday. We had our A/C working just fine by 8:15 of the next day. He fixed it in 15 though, so I think they could've done better. Besides that, they've just been very easy. Our home is 10 years old, and the things that had been needing repair are expensive items. It's been a blessing to have their service.

I haven't yet used the claim yet thank god nothing goes wrong . The company scheduled to come out in 2 days but when I called them they were able to reschedule to come out the next day. When dealing with most home appliances they are great. But when my a/c unit needed to be replaced the company they recommended installed it incorrectly & I started having issues after a year. Then after the initial repair didn't work I was left in limbo. I'm in Houston, TX my a/c has to work. I then had to find my own repair service - who told me why my BRAND NEW a/c unit was installed incorrectly. Not only was it incorrectly, the poor installation messed up the wiring and I almost had to have a electrician re-wire the unit. Fortunately, the company I found knew what they were doing and was able to patch the installation without re-wiring. But if left to Landmark I would still be living in a house with no a/c or living out of a hotel.

(1) While Landmark response is always very quick, the service appointments are usually not (Allstate Service being the single exception). (2) Landmark offers an AC check up for full service fee ($70), while other companies are much less ($59); this for a service that involves no repairs or parts, snd no guarantee the unit will not fail at any time soon. I think there's room for improvement in this area

Excellent and friendly customer service. I did have a problem when the electrical guy came out and I asked multiple times if I need to turn off the breakers and he said no. With that the three of the breakers blew and in turn my master bedroom 68 inch tv was fried. To top it off with him he was more interested in checking me out than listening to my problems. I have never get so uncomfortable in my own home then when he was here. He wasn’t preto fix the problems the first visit. I will never have he or his company in my home again.

They have responded to all of my requests...a little common sense does go a long way!!! If an appliance is over ten years old, please ask for replacement? Parts are hard to find, in general..over ten years...next to impossible! Don't waste time looking? Help the customer out by just asking for replacement! Just good customer service!!!

Four stars because most of the time, once I get to talk with the agent, all is professional, courteous and efficient. The last star is because of getting through on their phone lines can take hours,. Getting a response from an email isn’t much better. In never got a call back when I left my number at 1:00!pm one day.,I had to call back the next day and wait in hold again. Most frustrating!

When I called about my dryer not working, they got someone in touch with me the same day. Even when I’ve called to just ask questions, they were always very polite and pleasant to speak with I am very happy with Landmark Home Warranty and I have recommended them to others.

When I called to have the HVAC service you recommended, I was given Key Elements Inc to do the job, I paid the $60 service fee. When I looked up the company they had 9 reviews, 8 were 1 star stating how horrible this company & Damien the owner was. I called back & spoke to Shila who informed me there was nothing she could do to give me a better company she said all the jobs are computer generated.. I had her cancel the service call but she said I would need to call back the next day to get the refund of $60. When I called the next day I spoke with Rodger (not the call center in another country) he said he would be happy to give me another company. Why is it so difficult to get things done right when dealing with these call centers??? This has happened to me several times before

Once I reach someone they are fabulous. I called in late August because the dishwasher doesn't work. Here we are in mid September and I am no closer to having this resolved. I have been on hold for 60-90 minutes waiting for a customer service rep three times. An incompetent person to look at my dishwasher who decided it was a plumbing issue. Then I had to pay a second fee for a plumber, who didn,t respond for exactly 7 days. Then a 2nd plumber, who was great did come out. But he found it wasn't a plumbing problem with the dishwasher, the motor wasn't pumping water. So now, even though that plumber told you over the phone that you would reach out to me. NO ONE has gotten back to me as promised by the 2nd plumber. Now, I have to call again because the first appliance company you sent to me was incompetent. Also, I had to pay two fees, because the appliance company got it wrong. And here we are at mid September and still don't have a dishwasher that works. I guess I will need to be on hold for another 60-90 minutes to get nowhere. Please, will someone help?

All of the employees that I have worked with are very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I think the problem most people have with home warranty policies is that they expect too much. Landmark employees explained what was covered and provided good customer service.

Anytime there is a problem with a covered item, it is easy to file a claim and we have only had good and reputable companies come for repair. The rates are reasonable and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this home warranty company.

fast service when I needed it for our furnace. I t was cold and the furnace stopped working, I call and received fast service with in a few hours the repair company Jungle Cat came out and fixed the problem by replacing a high limit safety switch.

Decent product for the money. However, they do not cover some things that one would think they would. For example, they mentioned bringing a house up to code but in actuality, they will not put in place something that was not there before. This is the very definition of a code violation. Generally, if your house is not up to code in an area it's because something is missing. It's sort of a catch 22
