We've only used the service once and we were very satisfied with it. It was on one of our appliances, our heater. It tripped and they solved that. They also checked both my heater and my air-conditioning unit. We're not exactly sure what's covered, we just called them because all of the kitchen appliances are not working properly. We'll find out truly how the service is after that, but as of now we're very satisfied with it.

The service is awesome. My air-conditioner went out and I was sweating a lot, and they fixed it. Now I sleep cool and fully clothed or however I want to sleep. It's awesome, nice, and cool my my house. The air-conditioner runs softly at really cool temperatures, it's beautiful.

It has been very good actually. They always respond quickly and are very polite. We had one of our faucets leaking non-stop, so we called them to have a plumber come out. They came out and got everything up and fixed. That was pretty much it, they actually had a really fast response. The only issue we had was once when we had to change our email, and they took 2 or 3 times before they responded to that. Other than that, they have been really good and professional. It's been a very good experience.

They've been really helpful to work with actually. I get my order in really quickly, get the payment processed, and within one week they get the problem taken care of. One time we had our water heater go out and we called Landmark. They got us hooked up with a company that could do the work for us and within 24 hours we had an appointment ready. They came that same week and got that problem addressed. The payment for the warranty is very affordable and the payment time is very convenient too.

So far, I've had them on right on top of the problems and they've fixed everything. The major issue we had was my garage door opener which was faulty, so it was replaced. The representative from Landmark that I've talked to has responded quickly and has been very courteous and pleasant. I'm completely pleased with it.

I've used them twice and both times they've gone above and beyond what I thought was the best service. I really enjoyed it and they were very easy to deal with. My microwave quit working once, so I called them and they sent out a tech out. He said the situation couldn't be fixed and they ordered a replace instead. They reimbursed me after it was replaced.

It has been good so far. They've been pretty responsive each time I inquired about warranty issues. I had something go wrong with my AC unit, so I called and within a couple of hours I got something scheduled. In a few hours they came out, took a look at it, and got it fixed. Everything is doing well, and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a warranty.

They were okay, I mean, I called them and they responded with an automated system at first. I was really tired, but my wife convinced me of giving it another try, so I did and someone picked up. That delay is a really bad sign for emergencies and such. For instance, one of my appliances was leaking and the water was spreading over the bathroom, so I tried to contact them. I couldn't reach an actual person for like 40 minutes. The person that answered at the end was able to understand my problem and they sent out a good enough men the next day. They had to do that because it was already 9pm when I called them. The problem was fixed by 6 o'clock on the next day. Other than the part where they charge you for the deductible upfront, they are ok.

They pretty much just take care of business and I haven't had any problems. When we moved into my home almost a month ago, we needed a filter for the pool system to be replaced. We had just gotten Landmark's service, and they just came out and took care of the claim. That says a lot about them because they did it right away even after we had just started with them.

Overall they've been pretty great. Tho I did have one issue where we made a request for them to call my phone, but they ignored that request several times and contacted some contractor. It was really confusing. They did follow up about 4 or 5 times to make sure the issue was resolved and everything was taken care of. On a different occasion we had to repair our AC right after we moved in. They kept sending people out who couldn't or wouldn't do the repair. After 3 weeks we finally got the correct company, and they were very efficient and knew exactly what was going on with the unit. That was on a Friday, so they returned the next Monday to see what had been approved and they went ahead and fixed it real quick. Other than that, they were on the ball.

They're top notch, I haven't had any issues with them. I've actually used my warranty many times, so I can't think of one specific occasion when they came to help me. I would say that they do help you get what you need, and if something needs fixing they will make sure that the contractor comes by and does that. If something needs replacing, they will do that too. I think it's a great company. They're totally professional, kind, nice, and understanding. I haven't been disappointing at all.

I've used them twice in the last couple of months and they were very efficient at contacting the service provider and getting out here quickly. We've had an air-conditioner and a garage door break, both of which are important to repair on a timely manner and they certainly did their best to have that done. With the garage door, the spring broke, and there was no way to get the door up. Within an hour of me speaking to them the service provider followed up, it was very timely.

My experience with them has been pretty positive. We have used the warranty probably 10 or 15 times and every time it has been pretty effective. It has saved us a lot of money. Of course, I think it's obvious that there are limits on the amount of money that they will spend on any one particular device. It would be nice if they told you those limits upfront, that would be more helpful for the consumers.

They are pretty good at getting back to you and getting a contractor out quickly. But I'm gonna say that some of their contractors are better than others. There was this one contractor that we used on our pool that we asked Landmark not to send again. The good news with that is that Landmark did that for us. They ended up servicing our pool pump and heater, as well as a couple of things in the house.

I haven't had to deal with them much, but the couple of times that I did they were extremely helpful. When I first moved into my new house I needed to re-key my door knobs. I contacted Landmark and they were able to send out someone pretty quickly. I'm always able to get a hold of somebody. Everything's going well so far.

We've used the service about 3 times. As soon as I call they let me know who the contractor will be and how soon they'll contact me. They also would give me the information for the contractors so I could contact them if I wanted to. They've always been great about following through with everything.

Our experience has been largely positive. Last time we called, about 4 or 5 weeks ago, we had an electrical problem, but they were pretty good. In general, I usually call heir support line and they set me up with a contractor. The contractors are usually pretty good about being here within the allotted time. Though I had two contractors that took an extra long time to get here. Other than that, I was satisfied.

Customer support has been pretty great. Since we moved into this house, I think we've had probably 6 to 8 appliances or other things go wrong in the house. We just call up and they help us sort through the problem, get someone out here to take a look at it and diagnose the problem. I only had one instance where it wasn't amazing. Sometimes there may be a long process before something is fixed or repaired, but it is certain that something will get done eventually. Sometimes there's just a lot to be approved before that.

The claim process is very easy. I just call them or set up a claim online and that's that. The toilet in the master bathroom was leaking, it was slow but I wanted it fixed before it became a bad leak. I pretty much just did that and I got the plumbing done. That was it.

Every time I've had a service scheduled online they get things done quickly and I'm satisfied. So far I've only used them to repair my AC units. One of them broke and the guy had to come 3 times till it was fixed. For the downstairs unit a different contractor came. In that case, Landmark covered the replacement of the motor, which was the faulty part. It's been a great experience so far.

There's usually long wait times when you call, and that is not fun. I would prefer to call in so I could explain the situation to a person instead of using the website. I had an issue with the shower going with the faucets, so I called and scheduled a person to come. The person they assigned to me was probably seventy miles away from our house, but we're in Austin. It's not like we are in a remote place, so I thought it was kind of ridiculous. I asked them to send someone who was closer but they said no. I had another issue with my air-conditioning, and since it's Texas it's really hot. They couldn't send someone that would be there within 4 days, so I told them that wasn't acceptable. They changed it to someone else that was more likely to get down on the same day. It's just frustrating that they don't have a lot of options when you have an issue.

Customer support has actually always been very good. Every time I call Landmark everything goes smoothly. They are always friendly and most of the time I get a follow up call from them. The most recent time I used them was about three weeks ago when a faucet in my bathtub was leaking. I called them and told them what was going on and they got a hold of a plumber. The plumber got in touch with me, came out and fixed it. Honestly I never have problems with them.

Every experience that I've had has been good. There is one thing that can be improved though. It would be nice if they advertised better which services they won't let you order until they receive payment from the titled company. We had some trouble with re-keying because we had to wait for the titled company to do the payment. It wasn't until 3-4 weeks after we moved into our new home that we were able to re-key it.

It has been good. We've had 2 claims with them. Very recently we had one about a faulty dishwasher. We didn't really like the outcome of it, but they were efficient and it was okay in general. We had to buy a new dishwasher because at that point they wouldn't cover it but it wasn't terrible. When they helped us with our AC issues, it was excellent. Since we live in Texas, AC is important, and so the guy came out really quickly and was very effective. Service was good on that occasion.

I mean, it's just standard procedure to just contact Landmark, let them know that I have an issue, and they send someone tot check it out. If there's a problem, the contractors will recommend a solution, send it to Landmark for approval and that's what happens. All of the items that we have had repaired have been covered. There's some items, like air conditioners that are actually broken and don't operate anymore that they won't cover.
