I would give 5 stars for most of the service you have provided. I dropped a star because my experience with your service, staff and communication was terrible when I had a repair need and you did not have a vendor in my area. After at lease 2 months or more of trying to deal with you I became so frustrated that I made the repair myself.

The area that our property is located at Landmark does not have enough contacts for repair. When they did send someone up to tune up the AC unit the company didn't do a thing and we ended up paying for a Tech to come and get it running and Landmark did not refund us for what they said they would.
