The people at First American Home Warranty are good. I called them when our refrigerator and air conditioner broke down. They got our stuff completely fixed but the people who worked on it were a little questionable at times.

There's reassurance that somebody's gonna be there in case you have an emergency and need something fixed. We had a water leak in our wall that flooded our house and a contractor was out here within 24 hours.

Had them for many years and I've had good service. For the most part, they set up appointments up, I don't know if they have much control over the vendors. I wish they would listen with I suggest someone good or closed. Customer service is very knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of.

We needed to use it to repair our dishwasher and it took three or four weeks to get the right part but they eventually did fix it. We are able to speak to someone in customer support when the repair people were supposed to be out.

I've had First American Home Warranty from the beginning and I've always gotten responses when I've called. I've used them quite a bit lately and right now I am in the process of using it for some plumbing and I've had to call several times because they're having trouble getting back. It's not perfect, but it works.

The first year I owned my home, they were very good about helping me out and so I renewed it for a the second year. Every time I call, everyone seems very polite and helpful however I don't necessarily feel like my issue gets solved or they have the best people taking care of the issue. I was having plumbing issues and they sent a total of three plumbers out to the house. The first two I found out had no idea what they were talking about and so one of my bathrooms has been in shambles since then until I had a third plumber who knew what he was talking about and we found out that they were all easy fixes so I'm wondering why it took seven months without hot water. I don't feel like they send the most professional contractors out to the house.

I choose them because of their pricing and the services they offer. They have always been very prompt once I put in a request. They took of everything when my air conditioning broke. Customer support has always been very helpful. Wait times are a little long but once you actually get someone, they have good customer service.

Maybe they should get contractors nearby so it is not so far out. I had one contractor that over fifty miles away, so it is not convenient and it took over a month to get the problem solved.

So far they've been responsive to my needs. Other companies have not been as responsive. I recently had a problem with my water heater and they weren't able to find a plumber in my area so they helped me select my own plumber. I would be happier if they had more vendors in my area.

My experience with First American is satisfactory, I feel like it saves us month and it is comparable to an appraisal from a general contractor or specialist. The work done on our home has been good but it is hard to find background information about them and where they are coming from. I have had an issue with the customer service, the last two claim took almost a week for someone to get scheduled.

There were some issues with our air conditioner and it took a while to get things going and I didn't feel like the support was there. Once we do get the jobs going, things have been taken care of. I think they need to be a little more careful with the contactors they use, some are really good but some have been really bad.

They've done a pretty good job. I have had a couple of instances where I've used it for the pool and spa. We called First American to come and check it out and they sent a contractor over. The first time I wasn't very happy because the contractor didn't return the call within three days and it was an emergency as far as I was concerned. The hot water heater went out on one but the other two times have been good.

There was somebody to talk to you about a problem with the exception of after hours. First American gave me a name of a guy and they were supposed to contact me. When they didn't contact me I went ahead and called them and made arrangements for them to come out.

My toiled was clogged and I just put it on the website and it was rally easy. Someone ggot back to me within a day and came over and fixed it. It was easy to make the booking and they came promptly and fixed the problem.
