Bought a house during the winter and when summer hit the AC unit worked for a short time and then needed to be replaced. Choice sent someone out and agreed to replace the unit quickly. I didn't have high hopes going into this but my expectations were blown away. I really appreciate having gotten this warranty added in my closing. I'm beyond satisfied.

What I like about the company when you called.They helped you right away . You didn’t have to wait they took the information about the appliance ! I'm fairly new to Choice Home Warranty and recently I had the opportunity to make a claim for my clothes dryer. I filed the claim online very easily and they contacted me right away to confirm everything. Within a day I had an appointment with a technician. The repair person was fantastic! She knew exactly what needed to be done. She quickly fixed my dryer and checked to make sure everything was working properly. She was clean, organized, friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

We've been with Choice for years and value the service. From minor water issues to a new AC, they've had us covered. It relieves some stress to be able to submit a claim 24/7 online and have someone assigned usually within 24 hours. They have never denied an item listed in our contract. Speaking to a person about a claim submitted is difficult, but usually not required.

I needed a repair to my air conditioning unit that stopped functioning in the middle of the summer season. This was the first time I was using my benefit so didn’t know what to expect. I was thrilled with the experience. I had someone come the next day. He identified the problem and was able to make the repair during that initial visit. I’m back up and running and have had so no subsequent problems. Overall, it was a great first experience with Choice.

Once I reaches out to Choice they had a repairman come out in 2 days to diagnose the problem. He ordered the replacement parts for the dryer. We were very pleased from beginning to end. My out of pocket expense was $85. Before contacting Choice I reached out to the Samsung and they did a video call diagnostic said we may not have the replacement parts and then offered me a discount on a new dryer.

Some of the things I like about Choice Home Warranty are cost and a variety of plans to choose from. I've used the plan twice and when needing a repair their online program was very easy to use . Just ad promised I was notified quickly with a response to a repair and scheduling options and a choice of cash or credit card. I'm very happy that I chose Choice and only sorry for having waited so long to commit.

Overall this has been a positive experience. I was offered to choose and contact the repairman I wanted and once approved and repairs completed I was to submit my receipt for reimbursement. There is a small learning curve to the process as a new customer but they communicate frequently and help you to successfully submit a claim for reimbursement. I am glad that I purchased the Home Warranty through Choice Home Warranty and have already signed up for another year. It has only been a few days since submitting my request so the check hasn’t arrived but I am confident that this will work just as seamlessly. Their Customer Support was quick and professional and eased any concerns I had related to the company and its quality of service.

I disliked the fact that I had to wait over 2 weeks for service to my heating and air conditioning . The problem was no one in my area to fix the unit, but overall they did fix it and I was pleased. I would recommend Choice to all, as I have been with them for about 10 years maybe longer. I have had about 7 calls for service and it has been about 50/50 for repairs made to my satisfaction or they have replaced such things as hot water heater, garbage disposal, washing machine and microwave over the stove . I have already recommended Choice to family members and friends as I have had nothing but positive experiences with them

For the first time, I had to use my warranty service for a leaking water pipe. I was impressed that there were several ways to contact Choice - online, telephone, emails. Within a day, CHoice had lined up a company to fix my leak and within another day, the company had contacted me to set up my appointment. The company assigned was rated 4.6 out of 5 starts - I was grateful since my last warranty company assigned a repair company with a 1.6 rating and it took 9 days to get to my house to fix my problem. The repair company for my leak came as they said they would and fixed my leak quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with everything - the interactions with Choice, the timing and friendliness of the repair company, and the follow up by Choice.

Choice said they would replace my dishwasher and offered $246 to replace. When I said that was unacceptable they offered $357. I said that was unacceptable so they said they would come repair, after a repairman has been here 3 times and I’ve paid $225 service call. Meanwhile I am inundated with sales calls wanting me to renew my contract. So far I’ve been offered over $1,000, $700 some odd , and $660 to renew. I will never do business with Choice and I will tell everyone I know what a ripoff you str.

For the past 2 times I’ve called for service, the company they sent doesn’t show up on the day and time they’re supposed to. The last time I called for a leaking washing machine the technician they sent didn’t fix the problem. It was still leaking the next time I used it. When called to come back they refused and said that they already fixed it and they weren’t gonna come back. They also didn’t show up on the day they were scheduled

Every experience we’ve had has been horrible. We’ve been without an air conditioner going on 6 weeks now in 90 plus degree weather with elderly people in the house. Called over 15 times to help expedite to no avail. Given the run around on part approval , Original technician they assigned quit the job because they wouldn’t approve the cost he submitted to make the necessary repairs. As of today it has burned reassigned and still has not been fixed. They also took over 3 months to for the board issue on our dishwasher. Not impressed with the service we received to date. When you call in for assistance all you get is a run around. Will be looking for a new warranty company when our policy expires. Buyers beware!

I’ve bumped this rating up to a 2 because of the service that I recently had for an HVAC fix. However, policy and other docs not clear on repair of drywall and was extremely disappointed by the spin that I was given as to why my repair was not covered although there was nothing documented to prohibit coverage. Your all's service sucks. My dad has been without his air for more then 2 weeks. It will not turn off when you turn the thermostat off. There have been two different companies that have came and looked at it . The first company got it fixed with the leak. The second company didn't even do anything. All they had to do was cut a pcv pipe and they did not do anything. They said they was going to order parts but didn't let us know which parts we needed. Now you all are trying to get a third company to come look at it but I haven't heard from anyone about coming to look at it. They are trying to find someone local. I still have heard no response. My dad has COPD and he needs his air on at night. He can't leave it on because it runs and doesn't cut off.
