Liked being able to have someone come out twice to service AC issues when unit wouldn't cool during very hot summer days. Didn't like that I can't get refund of my $75 service fee when I selected the company needed to service my septic system as it was an emergency situation needing to be addressed immediately. Choice found a company several days later after issue had already been resolved so I had to cancel with them.

First James fixed the fryer knob so it would work while the part came in. Said he would order the part and call me when it should arrive. A week later I call him and he said he is waiting for the part to come in. Another week goes by and I call him and he said it arrived and would call with a time to come out. Later that week I get a notice of two days he would be available. He did come out and fixed my dryer! I cad to call him because he never responded to text messages till the end!

It was great paying a set amount. I will definitely renew my contract, although the first time I contacted them with an air conditioner problem did not go well. I really like the idea of speaking with only American people so that I don’t have to try to understand someone who speaks English as a second language. However, I have not Had great experiences with the technicians that have been sent to my house with the claims that I have filed with choice. The latest being a plumber. I filed a claim three weeks ago tomorrow. My bathtub faucet is still running profusely. The plumber has rescheduled his appointment three times. The most recent was scheduled on a day when I cannot be available for him to come. I have contacted him to reschedule and have heard nothing back from him, which was four days ago. My bathtub faucet continues to run.
