They've always been very helpful and friendly. They also saved me a lot of money and they have not given me a reason not to trust them. Just recently my air conditioner broke and I called them and they had someone come take care of it within a couple of days. The person who came was very professional and he was good to work while I wasn't home. So he took care of it while I was at work which is perfect.

Slow response, no follow up, poor communication. The repairman came and said that the water heater needed to be replaced. Did not hear from Choice or the repair company. I called Choice and was told that the water heater would be replaced on the coming Friday between 8:00-12 noon. No one showed up. I called the repair company and was told that I was not on the schedule and that the water heater would not be replaced but repaired. The parts were order and was waiting for them. I called Choice and this information was confirmed but I have not heard back from anyone. This all started in mid April.

Should be way choosier about their contactors. I think they need to be really strict about who they pick to represent them. Some of the contractors are unfortunately not responsive. Some are good but some don’t reflect their customer service. Choice was pretty prompt for the AC but the guy they sent diagnosed the problem then disappeared forever. We suffered the heat for almost two weeks. Others have been reasonable and gotten the job done decently.

We were sold on the idea of joining "Choice Home Warranty" on the fact that they advertised they would come to repair any appliances covered and if repairs needed were deemed so expensive that it would be cheaper to replace it, they would cover the cost of replacement. Our one-and-a-half-year-old Maytag washer stopped working and the message screen posted an error message "E5-F1." I looked this up on the internet and found it to be a massage saying there was a fault in the main system board and the control for the top lid. I had three different servicemen come analyze the problem and all three, including the men who came out for "Choice Home" and they all had the same diagnosis as well as what it would cost to repair the washer. the technicians from 'Choice Home' called their supervisor, telling them the problem and permission was given to replace the washer. I was told I would get a call in 10-15 minutes with instructions. when the call came they told me the details had been e-mailed to me. I read the e-mail and to my dismay, I was told they were paying me $375 to go replace my washer that originally cost us $850. I appealed and was told I would hear from a customer service rep who had been assigned my case. The next day, I heard from a completely different rep who said she had reviewed my appeal and I was going to receive a refund of $485....and I should look for it to be in my bank account in 3-4 weeks. I coach HS and club soccer so between the folks here in the house, we do 1-2 loads of laundry every other day. as we had already been without a washer for ten days, my wife and I looked over the local ads for sales and went to our nearby 'Home Depot' to see what we could find within our price range. the problem here not only was price but also the national interruption in supply chains. After being told several models we liked were out of stock, we settled on one that cost us $832. I was very disappointed in the fact that this was our first claim filed in the two + years we have been members and what they paid was a low-ball offer at best. they are in the business and had to be aware the money they settled on was just over 50% of what the replacement cost was going to be. I should note that to replace the Maytag model we had to begin with was now priced at over $1,000! I was also dismayed the the Maytag company only warranted the drum and motor parts for 10 tears, as the decal on the washing machine lid stated in very small print. Gave the impression the the entire machine had a 10 year warranty

Well my honest opinion is I was told something totally different when I join this warranty company also I've told three to four people about this Company an there results was not fair with this Company I'm disappointed with this company of how I had to come out of pocket to pay for my new AC to be installed that was not fair I had to come out of pocket with almost $1.500 dollars wen I was told that's all I would pay was the service fee also it went from $60.00 to $85.00 look to me I been with this Company 3yrs that was not fair I will not refer anyone to this Company but I was thankful that's y'all replace my AC system inside & outside

They come out on time, got a good list of contractors that get out pretty quick and do a pretty good job. Last time I used it for a little plumbing thing on my toilet and the guy came and he changed it in less than 20 minutes.
