MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS PRETTY BAD. I AM ON DAY 6 OF MY AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING. THEY TELL YOU STORY AFTER STORY AND LIE. THEY POST THINGS ON YOUR DASHBOARD AND DELETE THEM AND THEN THEY SAY THAT THEY NEVER POSTED IT. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HOME WARRANTY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

They have failed on every claim I have had and it takes 2-4 weeks at least to even get someone to show up to look at anything. HVAC coverage is totally useless if it leaks Freon it must be rust or corrosion which is excluded from coverage. Save your money, you will be way ahead.

I have filed 5 claims with Choice since February 2018 thru July 2019 and all 5 denied. From my pool filter, shower head in main bathroom not working, hot water heater makes a loud taping sound every time I turn on the hot water to other toilet plumbing issues. A total RIP off this company and I would not recommend to anyone.

This company doesn’t cover repairs to the HVAC system so watch out. The sales rep will tell you they cover everything but in reality their coverage is poor at best. Please beware with this company as the manager I spoke with (salahudeen N) was incredibly rude and did not attempt to help the situation at all.

I’m the 5 yrs I’ve been with them and on three different occasion when I needed an appliance that was new broke down they have all these clauses of stuff not covered and never paid on one of them. Even the vendors don’t want to work fir them cause one told me they delay paying them. Would never recommend this company.

I end up having to pay most contractors they send to fix the problem with money out of my own pocket since it’s not “covered,” plus the service fee, so I end up paying more. They will not cover anything that has age to it. They must specialize in crappy new equipment, because when I did need them (2x), we were DENIED SERVICE. At that point I just paid for my own repairs & bypassed their service. It was cheaper than spending the service call & repairs after denial. THIS IS A SCAM DON’T BUY IT!
