I had major repairs in my house this year and they were really good about connecting me with the people so I like the company. I had to use it over thanksgiving in my kitchen for my dishwasher, they were able to come out and fix it that thanksgiving, and I appreciate that they were able to come quick because I had people coming over for dinner.

We haven't used it that much but we have used it for one claim so far and they took care of my garbage disposal very fast and efficiently. They took care of what I needed. It was great.

All of their advertising is false. I would not recommend this company, use another home warranty company. I have not had good experience at all with any of my claim managers. I had a leak in my pool and it was declined. It is poor service with a very unresponsive customer service.

Every time I had a problem, the repairman came out and fixed and made my life easier. The repairman is always nice and respectable and knows their stuff. I tell everybody this is what they need.

There are exclusions that there should not be, like light fixtures so they could do better but they return call quickly.

I liked the advertisement and the price but I am not getting what I want and what I am paying for. My microwave was busted and we still haven't gotten parts and they said the parts were ordered and it has been too long and they said they don't replace microwave ovens.

Submitting a claim was so quick and easy. I received notification right away a service provider was scheduling an appointment. Service was completed quickly. Very happy with the quality repair!
