I been had them for a year and a half file 2 claims with them their service suck it took a month to some to come out check and they still didn't fix it and I had a claim for a electric problem since may 8 and no one has came to check the problem as of june 25 there service stinks .

I was sold a policy that indicated that if a covered part/appliance could not be repaired it would be replaced. I have had 2 claims and neither one of them covered the cost needed to replace the parts. You guys are running a scam at worst and bad business at best. I certainly would not recommend your coverage to anyone else.

I have had a very bad experience so far. CHW is covering less than 25% of the total repair cost. They have been impossible to get a hold of. I have contacted my claim manager too many times to count and never received a reply. It has been 13 days now and still no AC. So disappointed.

in one part of warranty filter are covered but cracks are not covered in another part so after about three years I will not be renewing my plan. also I had a problem I had with a toilet repair where I got charged a total of $370 and your company paid an additional charge of about 125. This was just to replace a toilet.

I pay a lot of money for this insurance and nothing is ever covered. Every claim I ever put in came out of my own pocket plus I had to pay the 45.00 fee for whomever came out. My sister has American Home Shield is swears by it.That was the only reason I bought this. Would like to cancel and get back what ever funds are returnable.

This company is a scam. Please do not use this company. Paying into Choice every month is a waste of company. When you need them to replace an appliance they will deny your claim, and state it is an act of God. Please find another home warranty or save your money for repairs. They have lawsuits pending for misleading customers.

Neither of my last two repair requests have been covered by my total plan. First an A/C drain blockage was not covered. Most recently an under counter light replacement was not covered. Dispute the fact that parts are no longer available in the market place. The technicians who came were competent.

My husband has called several times and each time he has bee told you all cannot find a tech in our area. I have asthma, CAD; two stents in my heart and I am diabetic. I need air. What am I to do?

The warranty process is ridiculous. Fridge broke that is worth 1,500 dollars and was given 600 dollars to replace it. My claims manager tosha should be fired for the way she acted while I was on the phone with her. Would never recommend this company because of my experience.

Be ware of clause f16. It basically says they will decide how much to pay you for your appliance that they said they would replace. They do not replace items, they give you half the value of the appliance. Their advertising is very misleading.

Filed the claim on May 8. Technician came on May 13 but didn't have the part to repair. He is scheduled to return on June 2. That's 5 days to get a technician and an additional 19 days until a return to hopefully have the part and do the repair. Totally unacceptable!!!
