goal to get warranty for piece of mind to avoid unexpected expenses. Company refuse to repair A C in this kind of very Hot days. We dont have money to fix our self. Company promise to take your home completely when some thing will broke. We have warranty since two year and when we need help they did not help and refuse to fix AC.

Don’t be fooled by these fake reviews and traps to lock you in contract you will regret. Over a week without a refrigerator and they simply don’t care. Poor customer service! What are we paying for if they won’t repair/replace our appliance?? Don’t choose this company, we are so disappointed.

Will not replace my oven or give money toward after the claim had been open since March. Now they took out the part that worked sometimes and I will be unable to cook for my children for 2 weeks. That is irresponsible in theor part Their customer service is terrible

Can’t ever find service rep to come to our properties in Missouri or Colorado. We have to find our own and most don’t want deal with Choice. They make recommendations for repair and Choice denies the claim.

I feel that you denied a claim that should be paid. I spoke with Marc who really didn’t care about the the information submitted concerning my appeal. He has the right to deny the appeal. Why do an appeal when you have made your decision. I’m not a happy customer.

Service man sent by Choice checked my fan motor and said it was broken, and it was covered under my service contract. He later called and said Choice did not want to cover the repair. I just signed a 3 year contract with Choice that cost over $1100.00 dollars. I'm in shock. Please help

Claim was denied to repair air conditioning claiming I didn't perform routine maintenance to prevent compressor from going bad. I just purchased this home 6 weeks ago with warranty. Ac serviced by sellers prior to closing and home inspection showed it in working condition. This is a scam just to take people's money

Too much hassle to get them to replace a appliance that has been worked on over a half a dozen times that needs replaced. And all the "hidden" reasons of not covering something is ridiculous. Why even have it if you have to replace an appliance with no help from CHW to pay for it. I have replaced 3 items now with no help from the warrenty.

Waste of money, they will do anything to avoid helping out a failed system that when purchasing the coverage the rep said anytime a system fails it will be fixed or replaced unless it was caused by lack of maintenance. A electrical surge and burnt wires is not lack of maintenance and disqualified any coverage is BS.

I have been very displeased with the level of service. I have issues finding companies willing to work with Choice on my two rental properties in Beaumont and I have had a refrigerator in my home repaired 4 time with the same problem and Choice refuses to replace the refrigerator.

There is nothing "choice" about this warranty. The company sent to fix the A/C problem caused additional problems. I had to hire another company to complete necessary repairs to get A/C working again. Of course, at additional expense to me. The only response from "choice" was to deny my claim. Don't do business with "choice".

Stay away. They take your money and determine what they want. Never came out to inspect but said I had a pre existing condition because my appliance was old. The technician even told them it was leaking so it had to be working but they have the right to deny and they will. Beware!
