Send wrong repairmen. Then state not covered under warranty. Clearly states septic service and pumping up to $250.00 but was told not covered. When this service expires I will be going back to American Home Warranty who I have used for 20 years without incident. Choice Home Warranty will not be my choice any longer!

I like choice home warranty because they have excellent service providers that they recommended. They have a great service and rate and I'm satisfied. My dishwasher broke down and they made sure they sent someone out. It was a reliable provider that came out to fix it.

Disappointed with company all together. I don't understand why have a warranty company that don't cover ANYTHING. Every single time it is the same thing. They send someone to your house for them to walk in and say the warranty company wont cover this part. Waste of money

My understanding when we purchased Choice was any problems with appliances would be fixed or replaced. I AM VERY UNHAPPY that my double oven which can’t be fixed will NOT be replaced and you are allowing me $699 to replaced it myself. IT WILL COST $1,300 - $1,700 to get an elec self cleaning elec double oven. This is unacceptable

Hardly ever used this warranty in 8 years and now that I needed my AC repaired, they denied because the AC condensor was not 15 years old only 13. Took my money for all these years, plus money on another property and told me to go to H____ when I needed them. A terrible scam, company not worth their word at all.

Worst experience I have ever had. Salesmen wanted me to buy everything from toilet paper to caviar. When I told him what I wanted he kept trying to give me a better deal and sell me more stuff. I cancelled the contract. Would not recommend to anyone, just because of the high pressure selling.

There was a mistake made in scheduling an appointment either by your company or the contracted service provider and I was not made aware until I contracted the service provider after missed appointment time. I paid out of pocket to resolve my AC issue.

I had a plumbing leak and the technician they provided didn’t show up and gave me an attitude when I called. I still have the leak and have been unable to get a plumber from them. The supervisor was useless. Very bad company. Stay away.

Do not like all the loopholes and excuses Choice comes up with to deny a claim. Choice should trust the expert opinion of the technician who shows up versus their in-house technicians. Refund policy is also predatory. Designed so there is no point to refund once you've had any time/calls.

Only offered $349 to replace a gas range. Had to call to get it raised to $500. Still does not cover the cost of a new one. The policy cost $583, they could certainly have covered entire cost. Would not recommend.

when they say fix or replace, that's a lie....i had a washer problem and a microwave problem, neither could be fixed...they offered me money, which was not even close to replace the items....had a/c problem they rejected completely.....had to replace entire central unit.....don't trust them anymore....not at all

So far they have proven very inept, sending a Heating & Cooling company to diagnose/repair a kitchen oven. By his own admission the technician knew nothing about the oven. It has been three weeks and still no diagnosis and no repair.
