I really can't say because experience isn't finish after 14 days after 11 days they gave me permission to find someone to put a hot water tank in. After 11 days they told me to find someone I did and now I am in dispute over whether they will pay because they said I would have too.

I will be canceling. I will not pay for a service that barely covers the cost of repairs and works with contractors who don't follow thru. My case was "escalated" to a customer representative who I left a voicemail with yesterday and emailed twice this morning that I have not heard back from.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been placed on hold only to be disconnected more times than you’d believe. Just happened to me and I am just fed up. Have two outstanding claims: one started on 7 July (dryer) and the other 4 Aug (refrigerator). Can you imagine being without these two critical appliances for that long?

They are not good at returning calls. (Stay on the line!) I waited over a week for a air conditioning repair-which they then denied. I have been waiting now for a review. It was a $265.00 repair. Denied. I will NOT be continuing this service, I feel misled, lied to and not dealt with in a professional manner.

Bad handling of claim and poor selection of HVAC company. HVAC company said my HVAC couldn't be fixed and said I needed a whole new system. Choice rejected the claimed and when I submitted documentation for the appeal, no response. I eventually had another company come out to look at my system and got it up and running in 45 minutes.

Customer service was fine but I had to pay an extra 130 for my water heater. I had American Home Shield in the past and never had to pay more than the initial fee and I had a water heater installed. I will be cancelling and going back to them

You’re terrible. You do anything to get out of paying for services. The companies ie HVAC, Plummer’s , any service industries do NOT want to work for you. Have had to wait for you to find a repair person then the workers don’t and won’t deal with you.

Terrible company. Denied legitimate claim for a relatively inexpensive part for AC unit. Will not return phone calls. Local companies will not work with Choice. Multiple complaints and online disgruntled groups for this company. Several class action suits pending. Buyer beware!

Horrible this company never replaces anything if it is not repairable neither do they advise you of their decision not to replace anything. The 1 time I complained I was assigned someone that never responded to my many calls. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am going back to American Home Shield. Choice is a BIG FRAUD.

After 18 days of no technician, tried claim reimbursement process to fix broken air conditioning. Then, Choice refused claim. Their philosophy is to make you WAIT as long as it takes until you HAVE to find someone to make the repair, then REFUSE reimbursement. Deceptive business practice. Will NOT renew our policy.
