Sent unqualified tech to fix our A/C . He had no clue what was wrong, he was extremely rude. When we called CHW they were uncooperative and wanted to send the same tech back 5 days later .. we have a baby in our home in Florida the average temp 96-105 degrees. We had to call another A/C to fix our A/C . The fan motor would cut out after being on for 15 minutes... we we had to pay to repair. Now we are trying to claim from HCW and it's a nightmare.. we are being shoved from pillar to post... I am not happy at all..

On this particular claim for my refrigerator I read it a one because the guy that came out told me that it was a temporary fix and I was expecting to hear something from you guys to replace my refrigerator since it was a temporary fix and something else might happen to it I didn''t hear anything so I called and the lady was checking on it for me one of the representatives and she hung up on me

I thought it was going to be a good company but they're terrible and I will sat everywhere that it is a scam and I will never use them again. I tried to use it for my air conditioning unit and I was told from the contractor that it was it was completely out and it was going to need a new coil and then they told me they don't cover wear and tear corrosions and they weren't going to fix it.

perception is that if something is broken in more ways than one that it would be replaced. Instead you order parts and repair? I've been waiting three weeks for my microwave to be repaired and have yet to hear when someone is coming to fix it. Oh the guy came to assess it quickly but that was three weeks ago, parts got here two weeks ago...still going without a working microwave. And your people are harrassing me (yes) to renew the contract...not likely. I'll spend the $500 and buy myself a new microwave instead thank you very much.

The person that came out was nott willing to do any extensive work had it been needed for yhe $75 but would be willing to come back out on his and/or company time to do the work of clearing the line that might involve goinhg into my wall and or floor and removing sheetrock, etc., been thing of replacing this home warranty co. if this is the kind of people you send out. He did put a new J-trap but my BR smells like sewer under the sink.

We're a little frustrated. It took two and a half months to finally get somebody on the schedule and when we had nobody show up, we had trouble getting in touch with customer service. When we finally got somebody to the house, he kind of glossed over the issue and I'm not even sure he fixed it. They have no problems if you want to email them about service special and upgrades but trying to get in touch with them to schedule any sort of service is right near impossible.

I've had claims and while they placated me on the first two, they absolutely did not cover the third, which was the whole central air conditioning unit, and we had to spend five thousand dollars. My refrigerator is acting up and I am getting nervous that they won't cover that either.
