I’ve been waiting for a dishwasher to be fixed for a few weeks. It’s loaded with water every time I call they say they can’t get anybody that I can hire somebody if I want and then they’d have to clear it and nobody around here wants to do that. I need help

Their customer service is horrible. The coverage is useless. Rarely is any claim covered. I would never recommend them and I will not be renewing my contract. If the survey allowed zero stars that would be my rating but it requires at least 1 star to move forward.

The contractor you sent for my water heater replacement was a con artist at best. He switched to a cheaper water heater than was agreed upon, Charged me several hundreds of dollars for services not performed and then never gave me a paid receipt or warranty information so I have no warranty if it breaks and would not return my phone calls

Service provider was not able to repair my dishwasher. Choice said they only give wholesale price as a form of gift card to the store of their choice. The did agree to send me a check for the same wholesale cost of replacement. However, I don't think any store will sell me a dish at wholesale price. I'd give them 0 stars if that were an option.

You have to waste all your time fighting every claim and you have to waste more of your money to hire your own technicians to fix stuff the Choice Warranty technicians break or fighting a claim request that they lie about to not repair your issue. The worst service possible!

They did everything they could to avoid paying my claim. Numerous emails and phone calls. I was lied to by 4 different people who said they will pay. Then they refused to pay. I would not recommend them to anyone at this time. They were no help at all. My money was wasted using this company.

I cancelled the policy. I paid every month only for them to not cover my repairs. What’s the point in having it if they try their best not to help you. I had a $775 bill to repair a leak in my kitchen sink. They covered $50 of it. I yelled at them and they bumped it up to $100. Gee, thanks. I canceled them.

Choice home warranty gave me $246 for a dishwasher that cost over 500. Plus I had to pay the service fee. I tried to cancel and they told me that they weren’t gonna give me any money left back and I still had a year and a half on the warranty. They said they paid me $1700 and fixing my appliances and were even does that sound right to you?

I don't like that if the warranty cant find a contractor to do the work, they tell you to find one and they may reimburse you, pending the diagnosis and repair/replacement. This is WHY I have a warranty, so I don't have to find a contractor on my own or pay out of pocket!

They eventually get things taken care of, but it’s a long process and don’t expect a fast response time. The last claim I had took over 3 weeks to get fixed since the 1st company no showed me. Also, don’t expect their contracted service providers to arrive within their allotted time.

They gave me a fraction of the cost to replace my range after I had made payments for three years to their company I just thought they could do better. If I had put that money aside myself instead of giving it to them I would have been able to replace my stove and have money left over. I think they are a money grab company. You may have better luck. I have since cancelled my policy with them.

I thought Choice was improving until I had a real claim. The company is only paying me a small portion for an appliance replacement which should of been fixed. The lack of customer service and doing the right thing by the customer was not in the conversation. Referring to legal documents and the reason why the would not make an adjustment has really set me back on how awful this company is. I would recommend anyone who is considering this company to run away literally.
