Choice warranty is very unprofessional. Despite paying for my warranty in FULL I have been waiting for 5 plus days for a water heater replacement. I have to get a hotel room so that my son can take a shower so that he won't smell anymore at school . This is so unfair. You pay for a service and what do you get as a customer treated like CRAP!!!

It took them 3 months to replace my broken water heater. When they finally replaced it, there was an additional $300 of previously undisclosed fees. I don't understand how they can have a high ranking. This company is dishonest and unfair.
